Hello, any idea about why the featured color seems to not change? Colors remains always pink (I’m using Solo). There’s some kind of css that overwrites it? Many thanks.
Hi, Please clear cache. If you are using the secured HTTPS protocol, please go to wp-admin>settings>general and verify if the “wordpress url address” and the “site url address” are set with “https” instead of “http”. https://drops.sonaar.io/i/PzJcqw
If the issue persists please disable all plugins except WPBakery and see if the issue is caused by one of them.

Icons not working after update
Hi. I’ve updated the theme today to the latest version, and while most things are OK, the icons have stopped working (footer, menu etc). Please advise.
Please deactivate all other plugins to check if any of them conflict with the FontAwesome library loaded by the Lush theme. If the problem disappears, reactivate each plugin one by one to pinpoint which one is causing the conflict.

I’m having the same problem as RoslinDesign. I updated my theme, and the WPBakery plugin with the latest updates, but the template library is still not available. Any idea why?

It’s pretty disappointing that you made me buy support, just to tell me I also have to buy the WPBakery addon for the templates. I’ve been using LUSH for almost a decade. So now I’ve spent double what I needed to.
Several of the plugins bundled with this theme appear to be outdated and may contain security vulnerabilities.

Hi Roslin, Most of the time every Lush version included the most recent plugin version, but the plugin update is not automatic. You have to do it by yourself.

I have done this, however the latest version of Revolution Slider bundled with the theme is 6.6.12, which is vulnerable, and WPBakery version 6.10.0, which is also vulnerable.
Can you please provide me with an update, or update the available version?

Hi there. I just manually updated the theme to the latest version 2.9.17. And I’m having trouble updating the WPBakery Page Builder plugin. I’m trying to update, but for it you need to click on a link that should come to the e-mail, but the e-mail does not come. I already checked spam too. How can I be in this situation? The LUSH footer newsletters feature and the Lush newsletter widget use only the plugin Mailchimp for WP, but it is up to you to use another newsletter plugin if you want. Be aware you will probably need some custom css code to style the newsletter form from a third part plugin.

Alex, Do you mean I’ll have to use the custom CSS in the LUSH footer area? There’s no place to add custom CSS there.
I mean if you are using a newletter form from another plugin, it will not be colorized by the theme color sheme selected in the theme option. And you will probably want more customization.
If you need to add custom css code, Lush has is own custom css option to wp-admin>lush>look and feel. But be aware wordpress has its own custom css option too at wp-admin>appearence>customize>additional CSS. And you can also use a stylesheet from the child theme.

I appreciate that the template receives updates since I bought it in 2016.
There is currently a wave of warnings in Germany because of the use of Google Fonts, which are loaded via the servers fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. I didn’t find an option to replace the google fonts with local fonts in the theme. Furthermore, it is problematic in Germany that the template uses third-party providers like connect.facebook.net, although I have not defined any social media. Furthermore, the server netdna.bootstrapcdn.com is used. I checked the services via webbkoll.dataskydd.net. I would have to install a cookie consent tool for these services in order to remain legally compliant, but I would like to do without it.

To prevent all Google Fonts loading you need first to unset all google fonts set in the typography settings. Go to wp-admin>Lush>Typography And remove all google font by clicking on the reset button here or by selecting a font system as “arial”.
Once it is done, please activate the lush child theme and insert this code in the function.php file.

Thanks to have reported this. Our demo is now fixed. This behavior was caused by the soundcloud snippet here https://d.pr/i/IYjz7U. You just have to replace it or remove it.

It is a demo importer issue, after disable plugin everything is ok.

Hi, You can use a vimeo video without worries. And No, Lush doesnt have a ajax continuous player.

Countdown does still appear, just on hover it no longer shows the time. Don’t believe I can open a ticket as support has run out. Not sure this is a support issue, looks like a bug with the recent releases, not a user based problem.
On hover it used to show the countdown, event name, TIME and city. With recent releases it now shows countdown, event name, and city. The Event Time is no longer shown on hover. Thanks.

But for now, you are the only customer to have report this, and we dont have this behavior on our side. To understand what is going wrong, we need access to the wp-admin. Hi. Great theme, and everything is pretty easy to set-up. One problem though, the sidebar is missing from any new blog post on desktop, event though it exists for the example posts.
I’ve selected categories and compared the settings, but it’s not clear why this is happening. Please advise how to fix.
