This theme was very easy to work with. I had a couple of technical questions for them, and both were answered quickly and completely resolved. I would not hesitate to use this theme or another from Iron Templates in the future. Thank you.
The management of the template is difficult and poorly taken care of. Strings of code to insert anywhere, heavy and paid third party plugins.

I'm trying to find a support ticket coming from you in order to assist and guide you through the theme. You should not have to insert code anywhere..I'm confused on this? Also, the third party plugins (Rev Slider, WPBakery), are included and FREE within our theme. You should not have to pay for them.

I've had this theme/template for years and have upgraded it over time to update as needed. Perfectly customizable, beautiful, customer service is wonderful. I love this theme!

This is a gorgeous theme and Alexandra, the designer, has been incredible about support. The best support I've had in all the years I've been buying from Themeforest.
There are always things with every theme with I wish were more customizable, etc. -- I think that's just the nature of buying ANY premade template. Never found a perfect one yet, but this one is lovely, and once you learn how to use WP Bakery, it's pretty customizable.

Customization is very very limited and super slow it looks nice on demos, but hard to edit couse lots of coding is used.

The theme is very very flexible (as you can see, we have built all these theme demos with only 1 Lush theme). that shows you flexible the customization can be ! About the slow speed, I'm a bit confused because I dont see any of your URL so I cant give any advise here.

Dont even try this at least you want to use example templates as shown. It doesnt includes legal keys for RevolutionSlider o WP Bakery.

It does include Revolution Slider and WPBakery and they are perfectly working with our themes.
