I have just purchased this theme and added to a client site and straight out of the box we started having issues with the theme code. There are misspellings in the code causing PHP Fatal Errors, old jquery functions are in use things, in general, look quite poorly put together. I also notice that the theme has not been updated since July 2020. I am shocked to see that WordPress, jQuery etc have all moved on to newer better versions but your theme has not kept up with the pace of development. This explains why things have not been working for us. I am going to have to request a refund from themeforest
We have checked what you said seem you’re using Old version theme 2.6, and has only a misspellings error in the code (Very Small Error) but you very difficult, you want everything is Perfect but life is not as Expected.
What you do now is please update new version theme, it’s Done.

Hi. ok i got it. Thank you but it seems that new version of VC didnt helped. Home page wont open in Safari and still portfolio items wont open properly. I think its because you theme is compatible with WordPress 5.4.2 and its 5.7 out now and im running it. there are currently problems with my website, after the latest update my website no longer loads. I found the error, it is due to the settings for the slider on the fixed start page. The slider cannot be swapped or changed down there. Currently only the loading symbol comes. If I go to the Slider Revolotion setting manually and switch it off, I can manually set the Slider Code on the website, but that looks very strange. Do you have a tip?Hi tillwernerfotografie,

Why do not you have a variant with a video background on the top slider that opens and we immediately see a photo. I want to buy a theme, but I do not have the option with a video background. If I buy, can I add myself, or will I need to contact you, or does the theme not support the video of the home page at the top?

But I like the full width Work layout in Homepage 4, but would also like to have the images in different sizes like the one you showed me in Home Main.
Also, for the individual content image of each Work images, can the image become bigger? I wonder is it a fixed size image frame or it depends on the size of the image that I’ll upload.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I don’t know if it’s because of the update, but i’ve got a view issues with the menu and the interaction. I have an one page website and with the:
Desktop view: - When i click on a menu item it scrolls down (thats good), but the title isn’t visible after the interaction (the menu covers the tile a bit). When i click the second time on the same menu item, then i see the correct view (the whole title of the subject).
Mobile: My biggest problem is that when i’m using a mobile, and i am at a specific page (for example: http://www.boostcampamsterdam.nl/6-weeks-body-boost/), it’s not possible to navigate any more. Then i get this for example: http://www.boostcampamsterdam.nl/6-weeks-body-boost/#voeding/ instead of http://www.boostcampamsterdam.nl/#voeding/. So the #voeding is pasted behind the url. I think this is a problem that need to be fixed inside the php?
Desktop and mobile: When i am at a specific page (e.g. http://www.boostcampamsterdam.nl/6-weeks-body-boost/) and i click on the menu item “voeding” then i go to the homepage, but not to the voeding section which i clicked on.
Ik hope you can help me soon with these issues, because my client is not happy at the moment.

First thank you for the fast response. The reason i didn’t update the theme is, because everything worked fine. If i am going to update the theme, then i’m afraid that i’ll lose some changes that i’ve made in the php (and i don’t know anymore what kind of changes i did).
So my question is if you can write a php code that i can use to fix the mobile nav and the scroll issue.

The theme version 1.2, I have updated in 04 Jan 2017 and it’s very very old, and now it’s version theme 1.9. I can’t remember all everything (all files) that I have changed.
My solution: On your localhost you should backup your site (source + database), then update last version theme 1.9 and check the site work. If the site is still working fine you can add your custom code in new version theme. The last thing is upload new code to real site http://www.boostcampamsterdam.nl

To renew the support I have to pay 41.13 dollar to be exactly. I have to pay it by myself and in my opinion that’s a lot for only fixing the header. I am very happy with the theme i have. Let that be sure
