I'm waiting since 9 days a reply about a problem with the menu. I had to hire a programmer to fix (or add basic features) some problems of theme (menu when too large, logo not squared, "|", product grids different for each category).

The theme does not install correctly on different servers and different PHP versions and support does not help.

Hi, sorry to hear your having troubles. It should work on all servers, did you create a support ticket ? I can install the theme for you.
Most of the pages are STATIC: not updated when you add or remove items in woocommerce. Eg: the homepage has a categories grid section that is static, same for the "category grid" page ...
Other than that the responsiveness is very poor, there is overflow-x in all the pages on the theme...
My fault for not having checked before buy.
