I bought this theme almost one year ago, never had an issue, after last update theme stopped working properly. I had support and now it´s working again. Thank you, guys.
Maaya est un excellent thème, ultra personnalisable et très puissant pour faire ce que l'on veut.
La raison pour laquelle je ne mets pas les 5 étoiles, c'est qu'il est bien plus compliqué à prendre en main que prévu. Tout d'abord, si vous avez déjà un blog avec du contenu, vous ne pourrez pas installer la démo. On part donc de 0... Eh ouais !
Il vous faudra donc fouiller dans toute la documentation du thème pour comprendre comme il marche. Heureusement, cette dernière est très riche. Pour certains plug-ins, j'ai quand même dû compléter par des formations youtube. Il vous faudra surtout prendre en main Visual Composer et comprendre toutes ses options. Pour peu que l'anglais soit compliqué à comprendre pour vous, comme ce fut le cas pour moi, je ne vous dis pas la galère au début.
Depuis 4 mois, je bosse sur mon nouveau blog (sorti il y a 2 semaines). J'en apprends encore tous les jours et c'est que rend ce thème enrichissant également. Mon nouvel objectif : réussir à le traduire en français. Je n'ai pas encore bien compris...
Bref, c'est un thème compliqué à prendre en main, mais une fois que vous avez compris, c'est une vraie bombe !

I'm more familiar with 'big-box' themes like Avada, but once I figured out the site structure (slight learning curve involving two support tickets) I was off to the races.

This could easily be a 5 star rating if the theme were to include better, more detailed documentation. There were only very basic (commonly known) instructions in the online documentation supplied.
That said, my client is happy with the look and function of her site so far and I've only had to add 2-3 lines of css to get the exact look of the demo.
Support:

Support has been very good although there is a slight delay due to the authors location (India). Otherwise, they have been very quick to respond, pleasant and resolved my issue first try.
If anything radically changes or breaks, I will update my rating, but for now, this is a 4 star theme with the potential to be a 5 star theme, if developers are provided with better, more detailed documentation.
