So sorry for the delay. It's not the theme issue, the verification system can't connect to the Envato API, we are busying to fix it so that missed your question.
Is it possible to wait for one more moment that we will fix it today?

This is a really great theme with OUTSTANDING customer support. When I had an issue, I emailed support and within a few hours -- and on a SUNDAY no less! -- I received a response and a solution that worked. I highly recommend ThemeVan just for that without even mentioning that the theme, MagicBook, is FANTASTIC. It is attractive and quite easy to configure.
I wouldn't deal with the vast majority of theme makers because so many of them are fly-by-night operations that leave you hanging with bad code and no support. I will deal with ThemeVan again because they are GOOD, believe me. Give them a shot because they deserve it.
you'd expect to pa for a theme and have it relatable eas but not this one. customizing this has been a night mare and i am wa behind schedule 5 years of designing and i have never been so fustrated and customer care is not responding. pages splash into each other and text hide under the page divided i am in tears

Sorry for the inconvenience, at first, I suggested you to report the issue on the support forum, not through the pre-sale live chat tool, but we haven't received your question on the forum. Anyway, today, I have explained to you that if you change the font, it's necessary to adjust the font size and line-height through the settings or custom CSSin order to make it looks fine, because different font has different default size. Anyway, we will make the typography adjust more easier.
It's not working properly even after I followed the steps that were listed.

Can you report the issue to our support?
I downloaded and installed the theme easily but something was not working well with the book menu. I contacted ThemeVan on a Sunday and got answered very quickly few hours after...
He found that the problem was caused by a bug from one of the addon plugin installed with the theme. The problem was fixed the same day and after updating the plugin everything was working perfectly!
