Hi. Pre-buy question: I am interested in NFT theme to alter it to digital products shop, can I change background with custom video on loop? and can I make 3 column products shop?
I purchased and its worst theme ever, not good at all, can’t edit easily.

To use a video as background of a section, you’ll just need to install an extra plugin.
Indeed, you can set a 3 columns products chop.
Please be aware that our demo have been build with Gutenberg editor. In consequence, the imported content will be aimed at this editor. It is the default editor for WordPress and is recommended for many reasons, including its ease of use, speed and lightness. To know more about how to use Gutenberg, I think this article from WP Beginner might help you: How to Use the WordPress Block Editor.
You should know that we have developed our own blocks called Grimlock (Grimlock Wrapper, Grimlock Query, Grimlock Divider, …). These blocks will give you a lot of customization possibilities. You shouldn’t feel limited.

Author, please be aware,,, I have just found that when you search with keyword “woocommerce, block editor” using search window of Themeforest, You will not see Mandha theme in the list. Gwangi theme is there though.

Mandha is certainly on the list, as this theme made with Gutenberg is compatible with WooCommerce. However, there are a lot of themes on themeforest, Mandha might be lost in all the results you got.
Note that Gwangi is compatible with WooCommerce, that’s why you can find it in your search results.

This is surprising. Please check yourself. Just wondering you may be missing some potential sales because of this. W want this theme to sell well too, as paid user for further updates and developments.
You will see Armadon theme at the bottom of the 1st page of the list for now. Mandha theme should be placed above of it. You can see that yourself from the link I pasted.
We love to work with beautiful, lightweight and fast Mandha theme, and so need it to survive in the market and want it to be a popular Gutenberg block editor WooCommerce theme.

Hello. I have purchased the theme and still haven’t installed it. Going through your demo I noticed that the shop only has one column in mobile view. Will I be able to change it to two ?
Plus, is the dimensions for the shop image changeable?

Concerning your first question, It is indeed possible to display product in two columns thanks to a few lines of CSS. Don’t hesitate to reach us on our support forum and we’ll provide you the snippet.
Concerning your second question, it is indeed possible through the settings in the customizer.

It is recommended that the theme can support the mainstream editor, the Gutenberg editor is inconvenient to use.

Hello, experienced front end WordPress designer here. As soon as you load the theme and child theme on a plain fresh WordPress install a critical errors shows. Tried it on two different servers. Also when I try to login support with my envato account I get several errors because my envato user name has capital letters in it.
Looking forward to using this theme, however there are a couple minor bugs at the moment. Expected with a new theme.

Thank you for this beautiful template which is built with Gutenberg builder. Very good design too.
We just want to report that we encountered an minor issue. When we tried to activate the Child theme, it caused SIGNIFICANT ERROR. We tried again by reinstalling the theme but same result.
The thumbnail of Child theme shows your another theme “STEGO – Food Truck & Restaurant” theme and NOT Mandha. So can you please check if the files in Child theme are correct ones?
