Imported all data. Main slider on homepage is non existent. I hired a developer with a lot of experience and in on full hour we could not figure out how to fix that. I needed something more user intuitive that I could build the site easily. I would have to hire a developer and pay them to learn the complicated way this theme is put together. I will try and get a refund.

I've been using Kalium for 3+ years with no complains and when faced an issue I couldn't solve, customer support helped fixing it very quickly. Very satisfied and recommended!

After sending a complaint about an issue, I received an email from support, and I will take a look at the issue to try to resolve it. Other than that, the theme is excellent and clean.

More more more BUGS... :(
Elementor doesn’t work, the import stops at 98% each time... I reinstalled everything on a new domain: same problem.
The support takes 24 hours to respond with a copied/pasted without even looking at the bugs on my installation.
At 79$ the theme is expected to quality and a real follow-up of the team when the theme bug completely.
I will now wait another 24 hours...

I would like to revise my review in light of the support I have now received. It is unfortunate I had to resort to leaving negative reviews in the first place before I got a response - it took over a week and only after I left negative reviews for to get a response from the support which is why I've not given 5 stars.
However once that support was provided it was excellent, helpful and responsive. I hope this was just a blip and that the help I was given eventually is more the norm. Thanks to everyone who responded and patiently assisted me! This is a beautiful theme and can be customised, but you do need assistance to if you want to customise and make it your own.
Documentation does need to be clearer and more detailed in explanation - I really hope the developers take this onboard as currently it does not explain everything clear enough in detail that is required.
