The instagram plugin isn’t working correctly, according to the documentation it should be refreshing the token automatically but this isn’t working. Since the beginning of purchasing this theme until today we are refreshing the token manually each time due to a “invalid token [5]” error message on the website.

Each time we are going through the same flow which is pretty irritating, could someone please help solving this issue? Because its also not valid for 60 days. It looks like its way quicker invalid.​

I know the support has been expired but it’s a pretty irritating process which was already seen the beginning

Doesn’t work when adding to cart (cart-flyout)

​Hello,When I add a product to the cart, the cart pop-up does not automatically jump, the page goes blank for a second and the message added to cart appears.I want it to appear when adding the cart as in the original template.I do not remember if this is disabled somewhere or if it was touched in the template. But I can’t find where it is.

Hello there. We have a problem with our Menu since like 3months as well with WP backery that needs to be updated. If I understood well, it is coming from you guys as you were supposed to update your theme based on WP updates. We were paying for the support and now it is expired. I tried to send you a ticket actually several times but didn’t go through because i didn’t have the purchase code. The girl that was working on the site has left with no briefing. I am personally new on this and my knowledge is limited (i have just discovered that i can write you in here). Can somebody please help on this issue! why the updates didn’t take place?Thank you
