Are you planning to update the theme soon so that it works with the latest version of WordPress, etc.? I would like to purchase the theme, but I am concerned about buying a product that has not been updated since May 2024.

Regarding the theme itself: we are currently revamping the entire theme codebase – including layout structure, design assets, CSS/JS frameworks, and overall security hardening. This update ensures that the theme will be fully optimized, secure, and compatible with the newest WordPress standards.

The update is already in progress, and once completed, the theme will receive regular updates alongside the plugin. You can purchase with confidence knowing that ongoing maintenance and compatibility are a priority for us.

is it possible to index the content so we can use the search box? and after finding the words/phrase, view the document embeded.

Manual theme currently does not support searching inside the content of PDFs or indexing/storing the text within PDFs for internal search results. The search feature does not works for text inside attached PDF files.

The Manual theme and the AI SmartBase plugin are two entirely separate products — one is a theme, and the other is a plugin. The Manual theme does not include or cover any features provided by the AI SmartBase plugin.

Note: The AI SmartBase Theme (which integrates with both the AI SmartBase and AI SmartBase Ticket plugins) is currently under review. Once approved, it will be available on ThemeForest — the submission process is already underway.

This Manual theme, the smartbase plugin, and the support plugin need to be purchased separately, right? There’s no single package that includes all three.

As mentioned earlier, the Manual theme is completely different. When you purchase and install this theme, you’ll find everything — documentation, knowledge base, FAQ, and portfolio — already included. Hello, I’m having an issue with the “Loco Translate” plugin. When I try to translate themes, I see two installed themes: Astra and Manual.

The problem is that when I select “Manual,” nothing appears — I can’t translate anything, and no languages are shown. However, when I select Astra, the languages do appear and I can translate, but of course, the theme I’m actually using is Manual.

Could you please help me with this?

The manual theme includes a language file inside the language folder for translations. Most of the text can also be modified dynamically through the theme options.

When is the updated version coming? It’s one year since the last version released.

Hello, We purchased your theme, but there was a mistake. Instead of the Manual theme, we intended to purchase the Aidoc theme, but our staff accidentally bought the wrong one. Could you please help us replace it with Aidoc? I don’t think this would cause any loss for you.

I recently purchased your theme and am currently using the Classic Corporate (Elementor) version. However, when I try to create or edit a documentation file using Elementor, I encounter the following error: “The preview could not be loaded.”

Could you please assist in resolving this issue? I have already submitted a support ticket last week but have not yet received a response.

Please disable AJAX loading by navigating to ‘Theme Options > Documentation > Page Loading Configuration’ and turning off the ‘AJAX Content Loading’ option. This will enable content editing and allow Elementor to load properly.

Pre-sales question: I really like the Aidoc theme, but I need some features from the Manual theme as well. If I purchase the Manual theme, can I also get access to the Aidoc demo template?

Both are separate designs with different layouts. You can recreate the same design using a manual theme and Elementor, but access to the original design is currently not available

Anchor links not working in documentation pages:

I’ve added anchor links (#IDAnchor) to a documentation page, for example: UrlWebsite/documentation/overview/doc1/#IDAnchor

However, when I try to access this anchor directly or click on a link pointing to it, the page doesn’t scroll to the targeted section. Also, the anchor disappears from the URL after the page loads, like this: UrlWebsite/documentation/overview/doc1/

To ensure the anchor links function properly, please disable AJAX load in the documentation and switch to normal mode.

how to reset the page view counter to zero?

Please navigate to Manual Theme > Advanced Settings, where you’ll find the Controls for Reset option. From there, you can reset all post likes, dislikes, and impressions globally.

For individual resets, simply log in and visit the page from the front end. You’ll see a Reset button, allowing you to reset the data for that specific post.

I have question. I need to have collapsable first order documentation items. I would like to be able to collapse or expand them. I cannot change the item icon like you did on one of your pages, as well. I will also be happy if you could help me about the quick search. I could not find where I activated the search form on documentation items. I am sharing the screenshots.

The demo demonstrates the use of the free plugin WeDoc for the knowledge base. It shows that if someone is using the free plugin, the Manual theme has a ready-made design to support it.

In your case, you are using the theme’s built-in documentation feature, which does not currently support changing the icon in the current version. Additionally, the Manual theme only supports the Advanced Search system; it does not include a Quick Search feature that can be displayed at the top of the sidebar menu.
