it has vulnerabilities for malware. i thought it was fixed it the latest version and it happened again.

Manual theme has no bug, sometimes API does not process smoothly creating an issue, in such case you need to try using different browser to solve an issue. Please post your query on our private support desk

The forum theme does not support language other than English. I submitted ticket on author's support website. I was told to wait for them to work on this issue, then they closed my ticket even though the problem was not solved. Without the multi-language support promised in description, I cannot use this product. Two stars not one, because I think it could be a great theme if it worked.

The forum fully support other languages also your site is fully changed to other language the ONLY text that is not changing was;
The sentence "You must be logged in to create new topics".
Our team looking at the issue and we can't do sudden changes to our core theme and release the new version specially when new upcoming version already on the development phase.
Your support ticket was close by the system, if there is no any response via both end the system close the ticket and we had clearly mentioned in our support system too.

Just brilliant, I've purchased quite a few WordPress themes, and Manual is by far the best, I've not needed support, but the theme qualify is awesome, love everything about it, thank you :)
Managed to figure it out. This system is okay.
We really made an effort to try and fit this theme into our knowledgebase site. Elementor support was a great deal for us, so when we saw "100% Elementor ready" and the "Well Documented" tags, we believed that we were in good hands.
However, as we found out, the 100% Elementor support consists of a sample site setup and no more. No documentation on how to work with the sites elements in Elementor. That, and numerous typos in the UI this really hard to work with and not very professional.
We reached out to the author for a refund and they simply replied with a screenshot that they have an Elementor sample. Super inflexible.
To top it off, our hosting provider took issue with the file "/wp-content/themes/manual/z.php" due to their malware scanner having found something bad (Shell:PHP/Evalrequest.A) (I am sure you can find other examples like mine in the ratings and comments). We raised a dispute with Envato and they have been unable to help so far, so we have given up trying to get our money refunded.
Theme works "ok" and even looks kinda nice if you're willing to put up with the inferior WPBakery plugin.

-- We are saying you are still in good hands... as told before the Manual theme is 100% Elementor ready but, the manual only has 1 site demo using an Elementor.
-- There are no hard rules... manual just follow simple elementor default rules to create pages using an Elementor. You just need to follow Elementor manual on how to create a new page and all https://elementor.com/help/create-new-page/

-- This is a FALSE ALLEGATION because the manual theme never had any "z.php" page inside the manual folder. Just download the fresh "manual.zip" file and unzip you will never find any "z.php".
It's best to always cross-check before you TYPE ANYTHING FALSE. Also as told the refund was later processed, although we shared a screenshot so there is no any question about "raised a dispute" or "given up trying to get our money".

Sorry, guys. I installed the theme and all the required plugins. Then the documentation demo content and the several *additional* plugins required for that. But I wasn't able to progress past the next most basic step - setting the front page and posts page - because the "News" posts page item didn't even exist in the dropdown. When I went to your support page to inquire about this issue, my virus blocker software went off on every page. Since this was brought to your attention by another customer 3 months ago - and is clearly still an issue - I am left with doubts about the potential security of the theme itself and have uninstalled it. I would appreciate a refund, since it was installed for less than one hour. It's disappointing since the theme seemed like what we needed, but unresolved viruses on your support page, which attempt to install software on my computer, simply don't inspire confidence in a vendor. In case it matters, it's JS:Trojan.Cryxos.8071.
