Hello i am trying to send a supprt ticket but i get an error message that i have not purchaced the item? why that?
my problem is

On the left there is a nice zoom effect on the image. On the right side you see two colours button. When you click on the color it generates a chlid product.
When the clild product appears then the zoom effect is not working.
Also something similar happens on mobile. When the child product generates the image is dissappearing.
Please help me on how i can solve it

Hello i have a pre sale question? What do you mean by high resolution no?and alos which version of helix do you use?
High resolution like if we used retina.js for our theme. If a high-resolution variant exists, the script will swap in that image in-place. Unfortunately we are not using retina script for Marcus theme. We using Helix framework version 2.5.6
so i can not update to helix 3 ultimate?
Helix Ultimate and Helix 3 are two different template frameworks. So we can not update or use Helix Ultimate.

From the beginning, the template did not work.
Although there is a support but this is very questionable. Supposedly I have installed something, which should explain the countless error messages. This is definitely a lie!

Es gibt zwar einen Support aber dieser ist sehr fragwürdig. Angeblich habe ich etwas installiert, was die unzähligen Fehlermeldungen erklären soll. Das ist definitiv eine Lüge!

Sorry that you had trouble with our theme and we really appreciate that you shared your opinion. But we are working on to update the theme and fix the issues. Hopefully it will be released soon.
After several updates the template works now.

Hi, I purchased this theme last week and I’m having page 404 errors when clicking any menu links. This is using PHP 7.2 (PHP 7 and lower will no be supported in a few months and I’m trying to deliver this project with the best software versions). It works fine on PHP 7 and below.
I have created 2 tests with the theme using the quick-start and a clean install with just the theme installed. Both break using PHP 7.2. The clean install version works fine on PHP 7.2 if I remove the theme and use one of the defaults. Hoping this is a small issue that can be quickly resolved.
I have used the support system yesterday and today and I have not received a response, so trying here… Apologies for posting in comments.
