I purchased the Melania theme a while back and it’s very frustrating to me. It came with WPBakery Page Builder but I was never given a key to update that plugin so it never updates.
I’d also like to change themes and constantly get an error on the melania theme. When I click on live preview on another theme I get this error on my site.
Is there anything you can tell me on how to fix this. I don’t want to be stuck with the same theme forever when i can’t even update parts of it. If this is just a small thing I need to turn off I can do that.

Can someone please check the melania theme? The documentation link is not working. The updated theme is missing options . My site is coloryourfaith.com. Be care of this theme. I do not recommend it at all! Save your money and your time! There were many bugs and we are not able to replace the homepage and the entire homepage is calling from blog posts. And you also have to manage everything through widgets which is a huge nuisance!

Any difficulties with the demo data import are usually connected with the server configurations. They should meet the theme requirements.
You can manually install it by downloading demo.zip archive from our server and extract it in your Theme’s folder root directory.

How to create (exactly what the link should look like) that will allow you to share Facebook posts? This link must be pasted in the “Customize” section – “Share: Specify URLs to share posts in some social networks (if empty – no sharing)”. I would like it to work like you did in the demo. So while reading a specific post, I press the Share button and I can share on Facebook a post with a link to the currently read post.

You should unzip the demo.zip file and upload the unzipped demo folder to wp-content/themes/melania directory on FTP so that the path to the files is wp-content/themes/melania/demo/default….
With that done, please try importing the dummy data from your admin again, it should work.

Now with the news version I don’t see any Import/export menu under Customize. It’s really frustrating if you have to reset all options one by one after updating the theme. Sure, the most recent theme version is Version 1.5.2. You can proceed to the update. But please make sure to make the full site backup first.
