please fix your demos, some show a full screen slider in the thubnail but then when you try the demo they are not, can you fix so I can see what they are like. Thx

I’ve purchased your theme and trying to import demo 7 but header is same for all demos I want that transparent header style but that’s not available and Also I want to customize home page filter but couldn’t find any documentation related to this. Also I have created a support ticket but still didn’t get any reply.

We guarantee our response in 24/48 hours of opening ticket ( we calculated the average waiting time is 15-17 hours ).

Hello there, i have many problems. 1. when I register to open a ticket, I don’t get an email to login or create a password. When logging in, it says the username already exists. 2. Problems with the template: 2.1. When somebody make bookings, i dont receive confirmation emails. The customer himself does not receive any email either. 2.2 How can I manually block travel dates? I have created blocked dates, but they do not appear in the calendar or on the homepage? 2.3 How can i synchronize the website calendar with airbnb and booking.com? 2.4. How to deposit additional costs for additional people without setting it up as an extra service?

Are any of these features available in your theme?

1. Different levels of renting options. Ability to rent hostel, room or bed. Also have different options per rental such as Standard, Plus, VIP packs for the period of stay selected.

2. Are there booking shortcodes? For example that we can add to a page a list of rooms that have availability between two dates. The person can book directly from that page.

3. Point of sale system. Add items to customer’s account and charge them at check-out.

4. Allow min and max booking dates. Block all other dates.

5. Allow people to manage their bookings and payments.

I hope I was able to better summarize what we need. Are these features available in this theme or can be achieved in conjunction with this theme?

Currently, based on the daily average, we are able to guarantee a waiting time of less than 24 hours (1 working day), in some periods 15 hours and in other periods over 24 hours.

To speed up the resolution of the ticket we recommend: - send the correct access credentials when creating the ticket. - disable all unnecessary plugins installed by the user and not required by the theme. - do not post new replies before waiting for the supporter’s reply
