It’s a WordPress theme and it has RTL support. In order to use it in multiple languages you have to use a Translator plugin like WPML. Moreover, the Marketo theme is compatible with the WPML plugin.

I am escalation matter here with regards to theme activation , I have sent email and respond was that I have to log a ticket , note I can not log a ticket as support expired and it doest make sense that I buy now because I do not need any support should basic thing like theme activation be working I wasnt going to be here, therefore I request the matter to be resolved on your end please do attend

Why must I renew support ?
When I buy this theme wasnt I supposed to activate my lisence on my own ? I can not renew or buy a support just a basic activation which you as a developer should enable you customers for activation and reset

Definitely, you can Activate/Deactivate the license from Appearance > License yourself. You have the theme documentation too. Furthermore, If you need our help after support expiration, you have to renew the support subscription accordingly.

I purchased this theme and installed it on premier.lk and activated the license. I wanted to modify the website content and I deactivated the license and activated it on my laptop. After modifying the content I deactivated it from my laptop and try to activate the license again on premier.lk. but now it’s giving “No activation left. what could be the reason?

Hallo as i wrote Before our site www.portaorologi.it has having troublles after last update because the mini cart does not show items after changing pages. People can’t buy because it is impossibile to reach the cart. Our support period has expired after having bought it 2 times. I cant open a ticket. I will complain it with envato team. Tell us how to solve it or how to go dirctly to cart page when click on the cart on top without showing minicart. We are very disappointed.

Hallo after last update in which you say you solved the problem of items not swon in cart it still happens. Cart doesn’t show items when changing pages. Also Woocommerce says that the theme contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files

Greeding Can you Suppout multipal subdomains in your support system ? I have a domain and I create some multi subdomains on this and i create shops on these subdomains.I want to confirm that if I PURCHASED this theme then your system can support me or not and you can add my domain and subdomain in your data base.

One license for one site. If you activate the license on one site you cannot activate it on the other site until you deactivate the first one.

I have one site but I want to create subdomain in site so I want to use same theme in all subdomain because I have one domain in I’m creating subdomain. In that case if I’ll buy you’re theme you’ll allowed me to use theme in my subdomain.
