Once solved the support worked great
No One answers my 1 year of free support ever.
The Shop page is not responsive, and there is never any response on fixing this.

I'm sorry I missed the first email you sent. I usually reply to all support requests.
I've since answered all your emails and haven't heard back from you after sending you the child theme. The alignment of shop items on mobile was fixed in the latest update. I hope you will consider changing the rating for Marni.

Simple to use and full of features
Theme is nice, just took a lot of time and help of proffesional IT guy to take a blog away from main site and put it in the menu.
Design Quality, Customer Support, Cuztomizability, Flexibility, Features, Code Quality. I would give 5 stars for all of the criteria. I love this theme and the customer support of Red Sun is unmatched.

Wonderful theme - really clean but with all the details and extras I wanted, feels really intuitive and the service is amazing too! Excited to see what is in store for my blog now :)

Not only is Marni the perfect theme with exactly the chic & clean look I was searching for, it also gives a lot of options to adjust to own requirements. Everything is super easy to handle and on top I give 5 stars for the quick, helpful & extremly committed support!
Marni is my first ever bought WP theme and I am so excited about it :) It's beautiful, easy to get used to (well documented) and you have got a lot of individual settings.
The customer support is great, I always received an reliable, helpful and quick answer.
Besides being a beautiful theme, the support from Gerda was out of this world. She went above and beyond to assist with customisations that have made my client exceptionally happy.
It is also one of the easiest themes I have ever worked with, with it fundamentally being built for a great user experience, both from a backend and frontend point of view. I will most definitely be looking at the other themes from red_sun for future projects.
If I could give a higher rating, I most definitely would.
