The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

Thank you for taking an interest! Native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run the import tool you will get Elementor content. Please note that the theme is compatible with WPBakery as well, you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included, however, the option to import WPBakery demo doesn’t exist.

Hi. We are having issues with the DEMO Import. We have everything setup on the server side for the requirements for import. If we try to do Import with all Content w/ Attachments import just gets stuck at 8% If we do it WITHOUT attachments, import gets stuck at 64%.
Is there something wrong with your system?
PS. I tried submitting a ticket on your website, but it keeps telling me to login, when I am already logged in.

Hello. we have a problem with the elementor plugin: when we try to modify the Shop page (even if we change it or we create a new one) it occours an error and it is impossible to use the elementor plugin on the page. The error message is: “the preview cannot be displayed.” Even if we set another page as shop. On the other pages it works. We tryed to follow the guide but it doesn’t work.
