I didn't particularly like working with this theme. The reason being that it's a real gas plant. However, visually, it is beautiful, and will certainly meet your needs. So I can recommend it, but nothing more.

Giving this theme 1 star is just because its nice design,
However Mikado is a worst company I ever seen. Inserting multipli tickets because there are bugs in the theme, and they refuse to help.
'We will put this in next update' and you never hear of them, and my client is waiting for fixes.
Really unproffesional company, and my tickets are answered by lazy people who will not do any research, and replay low level answers and wait 2 days again to replay, takes 2 weeks to solve a simple ticket, and my client is waiting for this fix.
To be honest last time I buy a theme of this seller, hope you guys are warned by the lack of support after you bought the theme.

Please check if you've updated the theme to the latest version (you can check changelog in this link). To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article - How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.
We see that all of your tickets have been answered to and you can always send a follow up or create a new ticket in case you need further assistance. Also we see that these tickets are related to 3rd party plugins. Please note that, when it comes to 3rd party plugins purchased separately from our theme, we have limited support it. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality.
