Hi! You just need to place it in the same place as html5 video and it should work. However it might be not muted, because YouTube don’t provide muting through url parameter (see http://code.google.com/apis/youtube/player_parameters.html).

Yes, it’s possible, you just need to define background image for every li (slide) element with data-bg attribute, please see screenshot http://prntscr.com/6g65ms. And in this case you need to remove main background image from section.
