I agree with a lot of comments about the poor customizability.
I spend my days creating tickets because a lot of options are missing for users to edit the theme. A lot of simple changes require custom CSS. Also, out of the blue my home page and my course page failed because of a bug with the start time and the price of the course. The theme is fragile and can error at anytime. It had a huge impact on the release date of my website.
I have been using the theme called: Newspaper 12, for years and it has been extremely reliable.
I was hoping the same reliability when I bought this LMS theme.
I really hope it will become more stable asap.

MasterStudy is the best LMS solution I have worked with. I have built a couse with LearnPress which was nice but the course was rather basic. I have also evaluated LearnDash, LifterLMS, and TutorLMS, to name a few. Thinkific is a good choice if you want to use a 3rd party course builder but MS has features that are not available in LP, LD, or other standalone applications e.g., being able to use SCORM packages from Articulate RISE and Storyline. For those who are professional eLearning designers, this is a BIG feature. I build courses in Articulate, an industry standard program for building training courses, and can use the MS features to load RISE and Storyline. Most of all MS is stable and easy to work with. I built a 21-Day online course with 105 lessons and found it to be a pleasant experience. The only downside is, I would like it to work with Elementor page builder. I don’t like WPBakery, and the limited features it offers in comparison to Elementor, but most of the design of the courses takes place in the MS application.
