Thanks for your review, I apologize for not updating sooner but I am working on a huge release coming soon.
I already told you about multiselect 4 months ago and it seems that you have no intention of fixing anything. You could switch to jquery chosen or select2. Moreover many of the libraries from Material you are using are obsolete.
Update:
I also tried to use Webpack without gulp and it was impossible.
Bullshit, I'll have to change admin theme, since it doesn't intend to update or fix anything.
