Is there a simple way to add Google’s reCaptcha to the Contact form template that’s built into Matisse?

There are two ways that you can integrate it. Notice that the first way is more developer oriented.
1. If you want to use our custom form, then you must follow all the steps in the documentation here: https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/intro.
2. In the contact template there is a field called “Contact form short code”. Just get any plugin that you might like that has google reCaptcha in it. I believe that contact form 7 and ninja forms has reCaptcha.

HI, sorry if this matter has already been addressed, I looked at the documentation, but didn’t see it. Can the transparency of the background images be adjusted? I would like the images to not be filtered and perhaps not use the text feature just the button feature on the homepage. I am looking to buy this theme for a client. Thanks for answering!

Thank you for being interested in our Matisse theme.
We didn’t add any option to adjust the image transparency but you can disable it from options.
On each slide (on homepage slider) you have the option to add some content and button which so you can leave title section blank and only add the button.

I see that you are registered with username (romaint133) but in order to verify your purchase you must register with the same username that you ordered the theme (cedricducos) case sensitive.

Hello! First, thanks for that awesome theme, it’s super easy to use and it’s really good looking. My only problem is about the font, i don’t know why but the default font isn’t “Raleway” and nothing happens when i try to change the font style in Theme settings > Branding I’ve also tried to add some ”@font-face” style in the css but it doesn’t work aswell! Can you help me please ?

I want to get this theme but I have a question, can I make the homepage LEARN MORE button a lightbox button and every time the user clicks on the learn more button a lightbox with text into would come up. This would be for each of the blocks on the bottom slider so different light boxes for the LEARN MORE buttons. Is this possible?

Matisse does not have “lightbox” built into the slider but you can achieve that by plugins like Popup Maker to make different light boxes for the Load More buttons on each slide.

1/ I saw you do not use Visual Composer. Right, but i did not see lot of personalisation with shortcodes on your theme … How does it work ?
2/ I’d like to add three pages with services. I saw only one page services and even if the minimalist theme is a good thing, it’s really … empty ! Is it possible to add some pictures, and some toggles and accordions to this page ?
My second question refers to the first … You know with VC you have a lot of things to do ! And i really like your theme … If it’s possible i purchase it for sure !

1. Matisse theme is not based on shortcodes so we didn’t include VisualComposer on it, instead it is based on template pages which does not give the flexibility of VisualComposer but is very easy to use.
There are global options for Header (4 different menu styles), Footer and Branding, also includes many options on 12 different page templates.

Your theme is very minimalist – thats great, but i have one question. is it possible to generat accordions and toogles. for example, like in your theme „Amelie“ under the point shortcodes?

Well Matisse theme is not based on VisualComposer shortcodes, instead it uses page templates for different purposes. You can install VC and it would work well but you might also need to add some styling to make it look like theme elements.

What font did you use with your demo templete?

The font used in our demo is “Raleway” which also is default theme font. So If you choose “none” on the google fonts field, theme will use the default one.

Works template will show project posts. Those can be created on Projects > Add New (located on admin panel).
Than each project post have a layout option for case study and slider.

First let me explain how this works: The iframe is created dynamically on the slider so we don’t add in on a php file!
Now let’s get to files: You can add videos on slider on different pages, so the makup of each slider is on the page template files.
Ex if you want to make changes on the slider on home page you can do it from [theme directory]/template-home.php than the slider markup is on lines 33 – 114.
Than the javascript initialization of the slider is on [theme directory]/assets/js/mainScript.js and function name is headerSlider().
You can also see youtube and vimeo iframe models on the options.
And if you also need the source: [theme directory] / assets / external / royalslider / jquery.royalslider.min.js

2. When the theme was submitted I used Site Title, but on a review process review team suggested to use the domain instead!
So this is a simple change and it’s and it’s easily doable. So please contact us via out support forum and send us a private message providing your login details and we will do the needed changes for you!

I cannot set website clients, portfolio like in live demo. Or how i can avctivate theme,becase i think all option are not avalible. For example when i choose clients template i cannot set backgroundi can add ony clients.

Ok so this is probably the worst experience i’ve had with a theme.
1. You guys put out an update for v1.2… however when I download the files, it still shows up as v1.1.
2. For some reason, it will NOT let me change my site title… I went into settings > general > and made changes, but it still will not show up.
Please get all of this tested before releasing your themes for sale…

Hi, I have uploaded the matisse theme onto wordpress and in the documentation it says once you have installed the theme (doesn’t say activate it), it says under import content to import demo .xml file. So i import the only xml file i have in the theme files which is under Demo Content – matisse.wordpress.2015-10-30.
This then fails.
Could you advise how to get the matisse theme and all the content seen in the demo before buying so i can edit the content there?

Probably it field because the images are to large. In this case you must increase the timeout for importing data.

Hello, I’ve been using the theme for the past 2 weeks, and I noticed that the slider on the home template doesn’t show the last tile on certain window widths (1280×1024, or 1508×900 to name a few).
(you can see it right from the Light Skin demo on your website by adjusting the window’s width and waiting for the last tile to disappear).
Manually adding even half a pixel to the “rsThumbsContainer” div inline style seems to solve the issue (too bad I suck at js so I can’t really edit the royalSlider plugin eheh).

It happens on basically any OS and/or browser (I have a browserstack subscription).
I can reproduce the issue easily, just make sure you’re looking at the last tile (aka the video tile on your demo at http://www.matisse.umbrella.al/light/), it will disappear at 1280×1024 (it sometimes calculate the container width off by like half a pixel, making the tile slide to the next line) and many other resolutions.

Hi,
Well it depends on some header style that you are using. In normal conditions on large screens (desktop/laptop) you can use a logo up to 378px wide. The default header height is 110px so if the logo is higher that 110px it will stay half in the header and half outside it.
Anyway it is not hard to make changes on this case so if you need any modifications, please contact us and we will help you do that!
