just bought your theme. I tried to import demo version in my localhost but it only import images without the demo pages, menus and settings. What am i missing?

I’m having problem with the pricing table on my homepage. Every time I set it up, it is displaying correct during the time when wpbakery is on. Can you please check these direction on how to swap your logo for my logo please? After trying to install Max template and following strictly your instruction…. Max Template have a similar problem like on Max Alt template, but with Max template , is not just your logo doesn’t go away, the green color don’t change and the footer is duplicate (it get my footer and your foorter at the same time). Is possible you re-write the instruction about the WHMCS templates in a way that it works? Yes the template I can see that is working fine but without my logo (using your logo) it is useless.

The pages are loading the shortcodes only instead of the actual elements. This is because your Extensions plugin is not installed yet.

When you started installing Theme bundled plugins you should find a Notification saying ‘Please verify your purchase code’. If you verified your purchase code by clicking on that link, you should have already got the Download link of The Extensions plugin.

However, our support team manually verified your purchase and sent you the download link of the plugin.

Please download the plugin and install it in your WordPress. Once the plugin is installed and activate the plugin, you will find your site perfectly showing.

And, here is the Documentation of Maxhost theme where you will find couple video tutorials also: http://fluentthemes.com/knowledgebase/maxhost/

Please can WHMCS plugin link stated above work fine with Maxhost theme without using the WHMCS template. Someone else bought the plugin and not to waste it. Your reply is needed. Thank you.

We did not try the above plugin yet. The plugin works with Maxhost or not is totally depends on how the plugin is made. You may ask the plugin support team about this. If the plugin is made in a way so that it can work with all standard WordPress themes, then there is no reason the plugin not to work with Maxhost Theme.

pre-purchase question: is the price tables in the theme integrated with the whmcs? i mean if i change the prices in whmcs, will it be automatically updated in the wordpress theme? or i have to manually change the prices in the wordpress ?

You will have to manually change the prices in the WordPress and connect that pricing table buy button with your WHMCS. The options are there in the pricing table to do these. Users will get your WHMCS products when they click on the buy button.

Hi, Each license is for 1 website only. You can use Maxhost Theme in one of your websites using 1 purchased license. If you need to use the theme in more than 1 website, then you need to purchase more than 1 licenses.

The theme price is for the theme files and 6 months support. The support policy is given here. You can see there, the installation/integration is not included in the theme support policy. So, unfortunately we cannot provide the integration support you are asking for.
