The Domain Search option of Maxhost Theme is working perfectly in our Demo Live Preview and also in our test sites. If that is not working in your site, the support team needs to check the backend to find out what settings went wrong there.

Hi, if you see here http://espsystems.co.uk/ the menu on SME telephone solutions does not let me select the cild elements due to spacing, something must have changed on the theme. Can you explain how to correct?

After the update to the latest WHMCS the theme stop working for WHMCS to where clients can’t log in.

Firstly, dont be so condescending – I am perfectly aware of what your support policy says !

Secondly, I did contact your support within a few days of purchasing the theme and got little or no help for any of the questions that I asked.

Thirdly, I have already said to you that almost immediately after purchasing, I was unable to spend any time (due to a close family member being seriously ill and subsequently dying if you really need to know !). I accept that this is not your fault and if I require product support then it is down to me to purchase a support extension.

Fourthly, you are however, completely missing the point ! Your documentation is not too bad although some areas make little sense while others are covered well. My point is that this functionality is not covered ANYWHERE in your documentation and as this is a pretty major functional area, it really should be covered.

hello i need to understand why this theme is available on envato element and when i installed it keeps on asking my purchase code knowing that i was able to download this with envato element subscription

We understand, there are some doubts going on. Please visit the user-terms page of Envato Elements and kindly read the paragraphs under this title “How downloading and registering Items works”. You will find the following 2 important points to clear the doubts:

First Point: When you download an Item as a Subscriber, you will be asked to register that Item. Upon registration, you will be granted a license from us to use that Item for the purpose you nominate during the registration process.

So, you see a license you will get from Envato Elements team to use the item. You should use that license key when the theme asks for purchase/license code.

Second Point: The Items do not include the level of after-sale support that you would find for similar items purchased separately on Envato Market. Please visit Envato Market if your project requires a particular level of support.

So, you see the item support is not available there when you get an item from Envato Elements. If you need the support, you must purchase the item from Envato Market (which is ThemeForest here).

If you need any more help on using this theme, please purchase the theme from here (ThemeForest) and contact the support team with your Purchase License from ThemeForest. The support team will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, theme support is not available with Envato Elements license.

Can I use the WHMCS Template only without using your MAXHOST Theme. i.e. using a different wordpress theme with the maxhost whmcs template?

Hi, Yes, you can do that. But if you want your WHMCS site’s header and footer like Maxhost theme, then you will need to do some manual editing of couple of files of the WHMCS template.

Hi there, Yes, you can use Maxhost theme without whmcs. The Maxhost theme is a WordPress theme which can run alone without WHMCS. The only thing you will miss is the client area if you do not use WHMCS.

You can sell your products through WooCommerce, since Maxhost is compatible with WooCommerce. You can take a look at the Live Preview of WooCommerce pages of Maxhost theme.

However, WHMCS and WooCommerce are totally different thing. You cannot get WHMCS features with WooCommerce, and similarly you cannot get WooCommerce features with WHMCS. To understand it better, you should visit the Client Area pages of our given Live Preview and also visit the WooCommerce shop pages. You will understand the difference.

Hi, The WHMCS templates are enabled for version 7.6 of WHMCS. We always declare the compatibility with new WHMCS versions in the theme details page. Hope you will keep an eye in the theme details page when whmcs releases new versions.

As we mentioned in our previous reply, we always declare the compatibility with new WHMCS versions in the theme details page. When the version 7.6.1 is supported, we will declare that in the theme details page also. Until the declaration comes, the templates will be supporting up to version 7.6.0.

No, you do not need to purchase a WHMCS license to use Maxhost theme. You can use Maxhost theme without whmcs. The Maxhost theme is a WordPress theme which can run alone without WHMCS. The only thing you will miss is the client area if you do not purchase WHMCS license.

You can sell your products through WooCommerce, since Maxhost is compatible with WooCommerce. You can take a look at the Live Preview of WooCommerce pages of Maxhost theme.

I want a list of all Simple-Line-Icons with the icons. Their website is down and I have to look via debug which icons are available, but without the icon. So I have to test every icon to see how they look.

Simple-Line-Icons are provided by 3rd party and the preview of the icons are available only in their own site which is here. We are seeing their site is down now and hoping for their availability again soon.

While the site is down we need to use the Font-Awesome icons instead. From here you can get the preview of the Font-Awesome icons.
