Domain Search Option not working

The Domain Search option of Maxhost Theme is working perfectly in our Demo Live Preview and also in our test sites. If that is not working in your site, the support team needs to check the backend to find out what settings went wrong there.

Hi, if you see here http://espsystems.co.uk/ the menu on SME telephone solutions does not let me select the cild elements due to spacing, something must have changed on the theme. Can you explain how to correct?

After the update to the latest WHMCS the theme stop working for WHMCS to where clients can’t log in.

Please take a look at the Live Preview of client area to know about the payment making features. And, if you are talking about sections Hide/Show options, yes the theme got that options to hide/show any sections of the theme.

Firstly, dont be so condescending – I am perfectly aware of what your support policy says !

Secondly, I did contact your support within a few days of purchasing the theme and got little or no help for any of the questions that I asked.

Thirdly, I have already said to you that almost immediately after purchasing, I was unable to spend any time (due to a close family member being seriously ill and subsequently dying if you really need to know !). I accept that this is not your fault and if I require product support then it is down to me to purchase a support extension.

Fourthly, you are however, completely missing the point ! Your documentation is not too bad although some areas make little sense while others are covered well. My point is that this functionality is not covered ANYWHERE in your documentation and as this is a pretty major functional area, it really should be covered.
