Talking seriously, we have asked you countless times that just show us couple of Bugs you are seeing in the theme and we will take care of them. But, you are just saying same words again and again 'Full of Bugs' and not giving any details of the bugs. There cannot be malicious codes or full of bugs in Best Selling WordPress Website Host Themes:
1. All files on ThemeForest are getting scanned and checked before being approved. There's very little chance of malware slipping through.
2. Maxhost userbase is more than 400 users. If what your saying was true there would be tens of thousands comments like yours - not only one.
We have detailed documentation, videos and a support center where you can speak directly to one of our support experts who can show you how to do whatever it is you need to do.
We already told you quite a few times that you need to renew your support license to get theme support, since your 6 months support period expired almost 4 months ago, but I guess it's simpler to blame the theme and ask for support without having any support license.
However from the facts above and from your emails to us saying 'Please make the refund' we conclude that you either have not spent sufficient time getting to know the theme or you just want to use the theme for FREE by taking the refund.
