This is the 4th time I purchased a Magento theme from Maxshop (3 M1 themes and this M2). I had some initial hiccups with Magento 2.2.4 with few things not working in the admin panel or frontend. The theme guys were however very helpful in solving those issues and making the site work.
I would like to give 5* for their documentation as well as customer support. I highly recommend Magento themes from Maxshop.

I really like the flexibility of the extension and i had good help from the support more than once. But unfortunately they haven't answered my latest ticket, which I made a month ago. I need support after putting everything live and before my support runs out. I hope you'll get back to me soon, so that I can start using the template.

Terrible, awkward installation that provides immediate error, but reported no support. Several options are not visible or very bad on ipad.

Forgot Password is broken - this theme is not compatible with Magento 1.9.2.3+ as stated. Please fix this after several months of looking away.

Several weeks ago I asked that backorder function have problem. I can not add any items in to cart but original theme can do when inventory below 0, The Max shop team request me for FTP user, admin panel, Today They said "Unfortunately, the SM CartPro is not yet supported this. We will consider to update it in the next version. Thank you"
