I’m sorry, but this is not a theme feature, is a woo commerce setting. I suggest you to contact the woo commerce developers for this.

Where is the support for Celestino. I bought this theme from you on Themeforest and now I can no longer download it here. I made a request on your support page for a downlaod/update 5 days now and no response. If I wanted a theme with no support and update I would of downlaoded a free theme online. I paid for this supposedly premium theme and now there is no way for me to get a download from themeforest or your support page/website.

I have a problem with “Add to cart” button it’s turned on but I can’t see it on www site.
I can’t add any photos to products. It always load file to the half and than it stops than shows that there is a problem and i should try later. Why is that?

Product pages seem to have no style sheet, or something…no featured or gallery images show (just a black rectangle with a plus sign in the middle) and this rectangle is over the top of the short product description and other bits

yes I replied to his email, with a screen grab and explanation of the issue…not sure how else I can explain it as its pretty obvious as soon as one looks at the grab. Ill post it again then and hope this time it doesnt go unnoticed.
I replied via email, not on the support ticket page. If replying by email means being ignored then you should add a no-reply@ to your email addresses.

Now replied with details of a load of out of date theme bundled files from Woo Commerce…that is the issue…Woo commerce update and the theme’s custom woo files. being out of date.

any chance on the next update you can add hooks for thumbnails to make the theme compatible with “Amazon S3 and CloudFront” plugin by Brad as my images are not loading correct size thumbnails and product image sizes.

So far so good. One question. In the single product page, under tabs, the first tab is called “Description”.
The subhead on the Description tab is called “Product Description”. This is redundant. How can I remove the words “Product Description” at the top of the Description tab?

FYI for those whose “Add To Cart” button goes missing when activating attributes and variables. Try disabling the Magnifer in WooCommerce. Worked for me.

I’ve updated the WooCommerce 2.1 plug-in and disaster!!! Many things messed up such as products thumbnails, font, “SALE” indicator, “Add to cart” image under the product.
How can I re-install the default WooCommerce Plug-in that comes with MayaShop package?

When you updated woo commerce, you updated also the db? Do you made a backup?
No. However I did use Tools—> EXPORT and exported all content. Is that same as updating the database?
If the WooCommerce settings are lost, I may still survive by just re-entering them but if I uninstall 2.1 and install2.0 and as a result if I lose all product content, It will be very painful for me.
Please let me know what my best options are. How can I install 2.0 without losing setting and product content? As I mentioned I am new to this.

I see thank anyway. Could you please at least let me know where woocommerce setting resides (in the database or some files)? If I replace the woocommerce php files with the old ones, Would it not go back to the old version automatically without losing the settings?

I have one small question / problem. On my home page,shop page and search result page the first product on these pages behaves strange. I have removed the price under the products and exchanged it with the short description text through a function in functions.php. On all the products it works just fine except the first product on these three pages. This one shows just the price. Can you help me with this problem. Thanks in advance.
