Hello, I can’t submit a ticket because my “support” is expired. I still have the same problem. I HAVE the new theme version but I CAN’T update Wordpress because doesn’t work. Everything disappears except the menu.

After the last update, the Homepage always explode memory, with message: “Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 82837504) (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /home4/s6c6t1m6/public_html/mvimagem.com/wp-content/plugins/victheme_core/wordpress/element/wploop.php on line 377”
But this occur only in the files of the VicTheme plugin… the other pages dont occur!
I too maximize my memory limit to 512MB, my server has 6GB of the RAM and 6 Core… but appear to be enough!

Honestly I think it’s absurd that support to have an expiration date, since we users are always depending on the update of the template, and when it goes wrong we’re the ones that warn you, since I can not open a new ticket anymore, I’m commenting here!
And from what I know another customer had the same problem, but I think he did not notice the error which was, because in my case it appears just below the slider!

Try to disable WP_Debug so vtcore will do caching and see if that can help the problem.

Honestly, I will not renew the support license for a problem where it occurred after an update of the theme!
I disabled the plugins: VicTheme Slick and VicTheme Visual Loop and the site worked without overflowing memory!
Please, I need you to update these plugins so that they will work on my website …

Please increase the memory limit to at least 256mb as the standard wordpress now usually sets it at 256mb, while your site somehow sets it at 81mb.
I cannot reproduce the bugs that you mentioned nor anyone else has reported the problems.
It would also helpful if you can give more information about your server, such as PHP version it used, does it have any caching used, does it have APC caching enabled.
JAson, thanks for your suggestion, but it was the first thing I did. I released up to 1024MB and it still gives the same error …

My client is very nervous, and we need to adjust the website as soon as possible!
It seems that even though you set the memory limit via wp, the server doesnt honor it, you may need to contact the server admin to double check the apache and PHP configuration.
if the memory limit was honored and there is memory leaks then the fatal error message will give 1GB memory limit was reached not only 81mb
We have 2 different servers from two different vendors. One of the hostgator, and another one a server in Brazil, and both are giving the problem.
See, I do not change anything on the website for months, and after the updates of their plugins the error continues, sorry, but putting the problem on the server is easier than fixing?

it is server problem, not that we dont /or run away from fixing problem, infact we have been doing so everyday, you can see from we keep updating the products.
You may haven’t update the site but your hosting might have change the way their PHP ini works, like disallowing memory increase via PHP script ini_set() and such.
I believe somewhere in your system, could be php.ini or else that preventing you from increasing the memory via wordpress directly. thus when you update to PHP 7 it will use / create a different set of PHP configuration and seems to “fixes” the problem.
Please we are supporting you out of courtesy and extending support fee is per theme forest rules, and if you must know, it doesn’t even cover the cost of hiring a support helper.
Labadoni problem isnt the same as memory limit, more like bugs introduced in the WP 4.7.x which we have already fix.
