this is the second time, with the same bug. i can’t create a new topic, because i cant find a option to create. the results of the keyword blog & 404 are to much. Please answer my question here. Or send me a link with a solution. “Forum available in read only mode.” i have write you that the licence is expired and i will not buy another one because of a bug. i have buy your theme twice. and it is the same bug. it’s not my fault.
You can create topic here, please note that you need to have valid support period to do that. Otherwise forum is available in read only mode. Mentioned issue isn’t theme bug but it is caused by incorrect WordPress configuration setting on your side.

You need to be logged in and you also need to have valid support period to create new topic. If you have created topic about this issue in the past, please search for it, you can still be able to access it in read only mode.
iam and was logged and i had wrote two times that the license is expired. the same routine of your support, like my other case/customer. so you give me only an answer if i buy a new lincense. this is a bug on two projects. just because we only noticed it after the license expired, we now have to pay extra

you don’t read the lines and problems of your customers and then claim that it is up to the customer that there is a problem? It’s not just your business politics, it’s arrogance. I’ve been in the business for 10 years. Develop and buy themes yourself. I have only seen this kind of behavior from you. There can be no question of support here. This problem is not recorded in any of your documentation. You haven’t even listened properly and claim that your themes are perfect and it’s definitely not a bug. I will now use my multiple licenses to rate you. Unbelievable such an arrogant, unreflected behavior.

no iam not understanding and i will not. it is a bug, not a cosmetical correction. the theme does not work, how it should be. and it is not the fault of the customer. i will not pay extra money for bugs of your theme.

Theme update 14.0 WPBakery Page Builder update (to version 6.13) doesn´t work. Old WPBakery page builer plugin deleted, no update possible, please check/help. Regards Rainer

I have 3 licences, 3 times update WPbackery doesn´t work. I´ll wait, I think you`ll fix the problem, when you get a lot of complains.

Do you have an estimated date? Because all medicenter websites with the use of rev slider are vulnerable for this security leak. The critical severity of this leak is 9.1/10. Please release an update asap! Or at least release the rev slider version 6.6.14 to your customers.

Nope. You replied that it was Wordfence preventing the map editing, but there is no wordfence in use at the website. That is disappointing because that is telling me that you just assume answers without proper service.

You need separate license for each website. One regular license for ThemeForest theme allows you to use it only for single website.

Hi API keys data seem to be correct. According to twitter developer documentation you are using an old API method v1.1 and the new developer account need to apply to Elevated access.

Second Page Blog error 404
When I filter blog post by category, the second page always get error: “404. The page you requested was not found.”. If I enter blog without category filter, the pagination works.
I’ve tried permalink option with the same result. Also same error setting the Reading Setting on Post Page with my main Blog template, additionally when I set my main Blog template, the main blog template is not the selected one, it is other page with a different side bar and two columns. That is not in my sample blog pages.
I’ve have tried other explorer with private navigation, to check if it is something related with cache, with the same error result.

Please update your Support Forum with more functional search. Impossible to find something in your Suport Forum. Most of the times the search in your Suport Forum is unreachable with HTTP ERROR 500.
Reading Settings>Blog pages show at most “3” post. RESOLVE THE BUG.

Hi please can you advise how we can change the colors on our website? Our designer tried several options: - Went to appearance, customize, colors (here there is only the background color available and not an option to add more) - Went to appearance, theme options, colors and changed the HEX code of one of the color schemes – how come there is no option to add a new color scheme? - Also went to WPBakery Page Builder Settings and changed all the colors there but nothing seems to work Please advise. Do we need to get into the code in cpanel to medicenter style.css file and change it manually everywhere? Really hope not, it will take so much time. Thank you in advance for your help!
