The website theme has done well, it's pretty timeless. I recently encountered a problem with the latest PHP upgrade, which prompted the purchase of the support package. The team was quick to help and the website was back up again soon.

The theme as a whole has been pretty good. The reason for 2star rating is the AWFUL support. We were/are having issues with our site crashing. We opened a support ticket 2 weeks ago, and they said the developer of the theme was out of town until Aug1. Now there's a message that says they will not be processing support tickets until Aug 10. By that point, we will have waited a full MONTH without any support. Absolutely unreal.

We have answered your support request 2 weeks ago and haven't got any new reply from you since then. I can see that you have added new reply today and we have provided answer. Support is delayed only in some categories because of holidays, for MediCenter there won't be any delays.

The theme is very detailed, they put everything you need for a clinic website. The theme is a nice, lightweight code, professional look, and all the webpage core are well designed as well. In my experience when having questions and requiring help, the customer support always there answering questions, and more they are helping me fix it. This is the reason I am giving the 5 stars rate because of their effort in helping. The customer support is awesome!
