I can’t import your demo to my site. It stuck at 80%. Also, when I checked in the pages section, I found that your slider is not working well. And there are no header and footer. Can you tell me how can I solve this problem?

Hi, friend. Your theme is no longer compatible with wordpress and woocommerce, woocommerce shows several incompatibility alerts with your theme.

1- When will you publish the update for this topic? Can you send me the updated theme with the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce?

2- The theme is quite slow, I have a very large server but the template is very slow, can you please correct this?

1. The theme will be updated as soon as possible, however it will work well on the latest WordPress version, when it comes to WooCommerce you will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

2. When it comes to the speed we can suggest you to put a focus on your server and your content optimization as well as TTFB, First Paint and Contentful Paint from the google pages speed that matters, also the Waterfall sections is of great importance where you can see what might be improved and our support team will be happy to help and provide you with more detailed guidance. It could be that cached value is being displayed instead of updated one. You can try to import demo even if your server resources are not as recommended.

The theme has a security flaw, my hosting provider informed me that said theme was violated, causing damage to my website. This affected the access to the site, producing changes in the system files, and modifying the index, which in turn, redirected to other adult content pages. I clarify that both the Hosting and the domain have their acquired security layers (SSL), configured and installed, complying with the necessary security protocols for the site to operate correctly. I request a report on this novelty to know where the fault is. I also report that the topic had the respective update. It was currently suspended at the request of the client. I require, please, that corresponding measures be taken on the matter and that you provide me with a report of what happened.

We are sorry to hear this but please note that our theme is strictly tested before it can even be released so if your website was affected by a malware you should know that there are many ways to protect your website and you can read our article about it here.

You can always check with your hosting on what caused the issue as they can help you to get a better insight on this matter and best practice would be to revert to a previous backup of your website before the malware affected your website. This is not something that is caused from the theme itself rather it might occur if you have your site unprotected and as you can see in the above article there are various ways to stay protected.

The thing is that I try to update the theme and there is imposible to do it (an error happens), in another hand, your recommend the plugin “disable guttemberg”, but the truth is that if you disable that plugin there is a big problem in the web, and you can’t edit the widgets… And at last, the web is no very fast… so… any idea?

Your theme documentations is more than 1 year old thats why I am asking for backend demo. We are looking for this theme with elementor support and documentations showing visual composer instructions. kindly show some screenshots with elementor so I can make my decison.

One more thing, this theme is showing software support upto WordPress 5.8.x, Is this not supported to latest wordpress 6.x versions ?

When it comes to the WP it is compatible with the latest version as well since there has not been any significant changes from 5.8.x to the latest. The compatibility will be added to the change log once theme update is released.

Hi, I was updating Php 7.4.9 to latest version PHP 8.1 (8.1.13), but site coming up with this error Fatel Error: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is no longer supported in C:\Apache24\htdocs\sitewp-content\plugins\mkdf-core\core-dashboard\sub-pages\import\import.php on line 283 Any help with this issue.

With MediClinic 2.0 (WP 6.1.1 and PHP 8.0) I get “PHP Warning: Array to string conversion in …/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 1098”. I have read from another author that this has something to do with the Customizer and esc_attr().

Also I get “PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at …/wp-content/themes/mediclinic/framework/lib/mkdf.framework.php:207) in …/wp-admin/customize.php on line 126” when opening the Customizer. Please fix or advise, THX
