customer support goes out of the way to help, but still I have given 4 stars because I've seen better implementation of demo data and the documentation could have been much much better.

documentation does not mention how to recreate the dummy layout manually.

The theme has a security flaw, my hosting provider informed me that said theme was violated, causing damage to my website. This affected the access to the site, producing changes in the system files, and modifying the index, which in turn, redirected to other adult content pages. I clarify that both the Hosting and the domain have their acquired security layers (SSL), configured and installed, complying with the necessary security protocols for the site to operate correctly. I request a report on this novelty to know where the fault is.
I also report that the topic had the respective update. It was currently suspended at the request of the client.
I require, please, that corresponding measures be taken on the matter and that you provide me with a report of what happened.

Hi there,

We are sorry to hear this but please note that our theme is strictly tested before it can even be released so if your website was affected by a malware you should know that there are many ways to protect your website and you can read our article about it here.

You can always check with your hosting on what caused the issue as they can help you to get a better insight on this matter and best practice would be to revert to a previous backup of your website before the malware affected your website. This is not something that is caused from the theme itself rather it might occur if you have your site unprotected and as you can see in the above article there are various ways to stay protected.

No one answer your support tickets... I really want to do refund process, I never saw like this theme before... too many problems that not mentioned in installation guide

Please note that a bit demanding resources are needed in order to run a premium theme. Some of those parameters are important only for the demo import.

The theme has not been allowed to activate and I get adequate support

We are sorry to hear this but we could not locate any request from your Envato username, and if you at any point have difficulties submitting a request you can always send us a mail to our help center providing your purchase code in it and our team will check this and help you.

The theme registration works correctly and perhaps you have an issue with "Please wait" trying to register, this article can help you.

Demo import FAIL.
The import stops at 80% and the page has errors and stuff are missing.
The same with XML installation. The server resources are as recommended.

I addressed the problem to Support and after 7 days I don't have a solution.

We sincerely apologies for a late response on our help center but you should know that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.

Import is impossible, so it's not worth it. PHP resources are more than required, but it stops at 80% and destroyed the whole WordPress installation.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import. Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It's recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

In case you need further assistance with demo import please submit a ticket at our Help Center and one of our support agents will gladly help you and they can also import demo content for you.

i bought a licence for mediclinic theme, i already installed theme to site. but we had a problem about our brand name(it was licenced in our country and we changed our brand). I had to change our domain but i lost every data, now im trying to install again to our new brand(domain) but i cant.Please help me to install it again.
