Hello, I bought the theme and started using it. I have a problem. When I add RS Team Slider to the main page, the information on the screen is incorrect. The information (Name, surname and title) that comes with the standard theme is displayed on the screen. The changes I made are not reflected here. How can I fix this?

after updating you have to save Settings -> Permalinks

Hi! There is a problem with changing the text of the button “Get Appointment”. The url changes, but the text doesn’t. How can I change it?
Try to enable global settings from our theme options – Medicum Options -> General Settings -> Enable Global Settings – set to yes. And then try to check – hoping everything will be fine. Thanks
the global settings are already activated – that’s why the url of the actual button is changed but the text is not. There is a bug

I was able to change fonts on Slider revolution but for the rest of theme fonts arent changing despite the selection. pls help
You have to change typography – from our theme options -> Medicum Options -> Typography Tab
For slider revolution for each banner text have options for changing the typography.

I just did it. If someone needs to know how to do that, you have to go in Elementor’s setting, and you have to allow Elementor to modify Teams’ section.

I solved by deactivating two plugins (rs framework and elements) which were probably conflicting with elementor

I have completed every setting of the site, but I could not find a solution in two places. Could you help?
1- I uploaded my logo to the “Sticky menu” section from the logo settings section of the panel. My dark logo should appear, but it is not. Instead, it shows the same main logo as the other. I think there is a problem. How can I fix?
2- I could not find where the description text was entered in the “teams” caourusel section on the main page. I would be glad if you help.

Me again I’m having a problem with the contact form. When I tested the form on the site, it didn’t work. I went to the settings page of the communication plugin and saw that it was giving an error warning about a file in the theme. I searched myself but couldn’t figure it out. The error it gives is:
WP Mail SMTP has detected incorrect “wp_mail” function location. Usually, this means that emails will not be sent successfully! Current function path: C:\Inetpub\vhosts\belizbaylan.com\httpdocs\wp-includes\pluggable.php:182
