Hi, I have your Mediso theme running on two different websites, the one that has been upgraded to WordPress 5.7 has caused an error in that I’m unable to select a row to make an edit, the row doesn’t drop down. Is there a fix for this? Thanks Michael.

There shouldn’t be any issues with WordPress 5.7.
This is most likely happening because you are using an older version of the theme. Please update your theme to fix this.

Hi, I have updated the theme manually due to the incompatibility of the latest versions of WordPress 5.5, and there are still critical issues. I have received this warning: A script, a file or some other piece of code that is obsolete or does not exist: Java script is causing problems by becoming obsolete and not adapting to the new compatibility with WP5.5.

Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version in order to use with WP5.5 Also, by updating the theme, please make sure that you update GoodLayers’ Plugins as well and please clear browser cache after updating.

Hi, Thank you very much for responding quickly. I have already updated everything but it gives me an error of some JAVASCRIPT file incompatible with the new versions of WordPress5 …I send you the alert notice that Wordpress shows me:

After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.
Let me know if this fix it or not.
ok, my page seems to display fine. It just keeps giving me error messages in these files from the Mediso theme folder.
Currently I have enabled the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin to enable support for older JavaScript code that uses deprecated functions in the JavaScript jQuery library.
It is a workaround that will only work between WordPress 5.5.0 and WordPress 5.6.0 and is not intended as a permanent fix for unsupported code.
There are 4 files in alert:

Sorry, due to restrictions from the mobile browsers the background-videos/autoplay may not work on these.
In this case you may set the background-image of instead so it will show image instead of blank slide in mobile.

Hello, I’ve set Portfolio Slug ( Permalink ) to “portfolio” and in setting > permalink to custom structure to ”/blog/ postname /” and now the portfolio url is /blog/portfolio/ instead of just /portfolio/. How to fix this?

Sorry, I’m pretty confused. So you don’t want to the word ‘blog’ in front of the portfolio post name? Just remove ’/blog’ out from your permalink structure.

Hi, I want to preserve /blog/ in the permalinks only for single posts, so single post url to be www.example.com/blog/my-single-post , and in the same time portfolio url to be www.example.com/portfolio/ instead of www.example.com/blog/portfolio/

After that, you have to create a category for your blog posts as ‘blog’.

I purchased your theme over a year ago and it seems to be working fine. But not the site got hacked and with google searches it now refers everyone to a Japanese site… so I’m reinstalling the whole WP installation and the theme. I saw that the latest update is from April 23rd 2016 – and as far as I know all future updates are included right? – but when I download the theme now the readme file says it’s v1.08== 22/04/2015 – not from 2016.
So how do I get the last version?

The latest update for this theme is v1.08 22/04/2016 (I put the wrong date in the log. I will change it soon! Sorry for confusion.)
About the vulnerable, we’re pretty sure that our themes don’t have vulnerable. (There was the XXS issue past but all issues are fixed already since 2015) Make sure that all your plugins are trustable and keeps update as well. Most of vulnerable issues are from the plugin and unsecure hosting.

I am working on a site with this theme installed.
I have a WooCommerce product set up with a handful of gallery images for the product. In the modal window, I was wondering why the next/prev arrows are set to display:none. I can’t find any Pretty Photo setting to enable the gallery in the modal window.
