Probably THE WORST customer support I have came across in my life!
At the time of writing, im still entitled to premium support.
I have been trying to resolve issue with appointment plugin since 5 days.
Situation:
The appointment plugin has a problem where the fields on settings doesnt work, so I opened a ticket explaining exactly what the problem was with error message on console. Ticket was successfully created. They replied asking ftp and wp access so I prepared it and wrote it on reply box and pressed the reply button and i got the message "ERROR: Your reply cannot be created at this time."
That was 5 days ago.
Are you kidding me? You are telling me that I cannot reply on my own ticket?
I kept on trying to send the details, it just wouldnt work so I opened a new ticket today with reference to old ticket so i dont have to explain whats wrong. My title to new ticket was "Urgent response to #94856". I created the ticket with the wp login and ftp details so no time is wasted. They took whole day to ask me what my issue was again! I literally have the ticket number on title, are you blind??
Now I get it that it may be difficult to understand from the title, so i wrote the problem again with steps to recreate it, and all the errors from console, hit the submit button and guess what? "ERROR: Your reply cannot be created at this time.
" again!!
What kind of crap service is this. Do you have slightest idea that people consider support very much before they buy something?
STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, their support system is useless. I have been trying to get one thing sorted and i have lost all hope of doing that. One reason i bought this theme, and it doesnt work. When i try to reach for support, "ERROR: Your reply cannot be created at this time." Utter bullsh*t!!
Also, I have recorded a video of me trying to reply to ticket and i will be reporting it to envato with the video.
Dont scam people!!!

Perfect for customizability, perfect for assistance, the replay very quickly on fb messenger. I suggest RedExp for sure.
Really good theme, with a lot of features. The support is kind and fast, if you have any issues they are ready to help
I like the design really good, but if u are going to use it for (RTL) Arabic u need to work with them to make it work the best for Arabic.
Fantastic theme. Very end-user friendly. Lots of demo content and interesting functionalities/designs. The support team was always fast and helpful, suggesting solutions to any of our fickle changes and knowing exactly how to solve any questions we had, even going above and beyond when abstract online solutions were presented to them to try to integrate. Highly recommended theme and developers. Great value!
Medix theme is a really good option, specially because it really flexibe. Also, the customer support was fast and solve all the issues I had =) Great job!
