1. Chronology of Posts: Is it possible to create a chronological timeline of blog posts, possibly divided by years?

2. Idiom switch: At the end of each article, there are links that say “Previous Post” and “Next Post.” Is it possible to change these labels from English to other the language?

4. Idiom for Search Messages: When a search query doesn’t yield results, there’s typically a message in English. Can this message be displayed in other language?

Hi, trying to raise support ticket for Medizco theme, your support portal says the purchase code is not valid. I purchased this theme on 25th October 2023. That is today. Kindly suggest a way out. I am facing a problem with header customization, the customisation link takes us to a blog post.

Worst theme and worst customer support. Please don’t purchase this theme. I am struggling to fix the theme issue. I recieved an email from my hosting about a security vulnerability that was discovered in the Metform Elementor Contact Form Builder plugin using the Medizco WordPress Theme I purchased from you. The plugin has a vulnerability that makes it possible for authenticated low-privilege users, such as subscribers, to view payment statuses, transaction IDs, customer names, and form submissions.

As they recommend deleting this plugin as soon as possible since there is no fix available and now my site is down and not working properly. I would like to know how we you fix this issue since the plugin Metform Elementor Contact Form Builder plugin doesnt function with all your demo themes​.

​Hello, first of all we know that our theme support is finished and we need to renew it for your support. But till now we haven’t taken that much support from your side. Now we are facing some unwanted issues related to theme. We were having the speed issue on our website since more than 4 weeks now. We consult with the hostinger before and they shared some of the articles related to speed about how to increase the speed of the website for both mobile and desktop. But we have tried everything and still our website speed is very slow. It’s even not opening on the ios devices because of speed. So we found the main reason behind speed is the theme we are using. To know about this what we did is we deactivated all the plugins of our website and still our website’s speed is very slow. Please check on your side and provide us an urgent solution for that otherwise we will not buy any of your products in future as getting the solution for the issues is the right of a customer. ​Not getting any support

Does Medizco work with multisite, please?

Just purchased, downloaded, and installed on a fresh wordpress install (on wp engine). The theme installed perfectly but the demo import will not work because they say you’re using a legacy staging configuration.

“Demo Content Install works only in Staging.”

When I click on the the link for staging it then says, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Is there a secondary way to import the demo (xml for example)?

Hi , We installed all the plugins and tried installing the DEMO , but no matter how many times we click on INSTALL button, nothing happens. Site s hosted with AWS. Tried to create a ticket but no matter how many times we enter the purchase code , it comes to beginning of the form saying invalid code. Really disappointing
