I admit, I did encounter some problems when I first purchased it, but their technical staff really gave me support and helped me implement my ideas, which was great. Other than the time difference which made me have to wait, it was great.

Excellent Wordpress theme! It is completely editable with Elementor and custom CSS which makes it easy to manage. It's also a light and fast theme. I'm very happy with this purchase. Oh, and support is super fast to resolve any issues. Got feedback almost immediately to small issues. Sharif is the best support member of the team.
This theme looks great with its unique setup, but it is a nightmare to change any coloring. All of those neat looks are set up in custom coded css and to get into even just change a color for the most, is a pain.
Opening a ticket is a pain, their check system if your license code is good does not work with the numbers that were given out from here and it took us many emails going back and forth saying NO, it is your issue, not my number. Finally after sending many screenshots they accepted my ticket, almost a week after I opened it.
Lastly - I just went into our user listings and went to look individually at the user info for our admin account. I see this note on it that the Admin account was requested to be changed to admin@wp.xspeedstudio.com and was awaiting confirmation. WHY would they try and change our main admin account to one of their emails?
I tried opening a ticket, but there is no way to do so as my license expired just a short bit ago and no way will pay to ask them why they tried to take over my website.

Hi,
1. This is your misunderstanding to change the color. We didn't find this kind of color-changing issue from our end. Also, over a thousand clients are using our theme without this kind of issue.
2. Your support has expired. Please renew your support period.
3. From our side, anyone didn't want to take over as admin of your website. As you see a note on the Settings > General > Administrator Email Address. It came automatically when you imported the demo content. You know imported demo content comes with dummy data. After importing the demo content, you can remove it by clicking cancel.

This theme is very good and versatile. The documentation provided is very good and the demos are easy to customize. I strongly recommend it.
