I experience the same problems as stated before. The Qodex Core plugin causes a lot of problems with Elementor. I haven’t been able to do an update since August and because of this, functions in Elementor are now not working anymore. This is getting really annoying and I am losing credibility with my client because of this. I need to be able to update elementor!!

Hello, this issue is still not resolved with version 1.0.4. I still get the same critical error and this only happens when I update Elementor. To what address should I send the screenshots?
I’ve send several e-mails the past few weeks, with screenshots and login details, and not getting a response anymore? Nobody even logged in to the website to check the problem. Can you please tell me if you will fix this bug before this site will break or did you just abandon the support for this theme?

Constant issues with the Qodex core plugin not being compatible with elementor and I am nearing end point. My website goes down at least 1-2 times a month for a few days each time until the developer updates the Qodex core plugin to be compatible with elementor which just isn’t good enough. I have not had this issue with any other theme I have purchased.
Please sort this out ASAP or refund me my money for the theme!
P.s. I also want to say when the theme is working it is great… just the updates need to be a lot more quicker.

Hi, i bought the Medzin theme from you on themeforest.
For the past 3 months, there has been a serious plugin issue of your ‘Qodex Core’ Plugin.
This is the message on my Wordpress dashboard :
“The latest version of Elementor is incompatible with Qodex Core plugin, Please downgrade Elementor plugin to the previous version, then reactivate Qodex Core plugin and wait for updated version of the theme”
Now, i had downgraded the Elementor plugin many times and made the website theme work.
But every 10-15 days the Website goes down whenever a new update of Elementor comes out.
Why cant your company keep your plugin updated regularly.
Why did i pay you money if your plugin crashes my website every 10 days ??
I have bought a lot of themes for various websites before but never has any company given me such problems before..
You guys have the worst service and you are causing me troubles as i am losing my client due to your themes not getting updated…
Please find a solution to this or refund back my money…i will buy some better theme…
