I found hoy to get of the overlay.. but now, my header text (home, about, etc..) doesn´t have a backgorund when im at the top of the page… ups

Thanks so much for your compliment To remove the overlay, you can go to index.html file and search for this class: meetup_bl_slider_home

Then, you delete this div tag:
