when I purchase the template will I be able to download the builder as well? in other words, will the builder be hosted under my domain name or under your domain name? I need to host the builder on my server, is this possible?
Hello svvskr,
You can use StampReady builder on the website. Not included in package. Not possible to use in your host.

Is it possible to document the changes when you updates the template ? So We can see if we need to update files when it’s already implemented on a project. Thanks !
Hello oncodna,
Yes, you can read update deatails (Updates & Changelogs) in Documentation.

I’d like to buy, but the chrisriley’s comment about MailChimp forces me to wait. Can you please confirm what would be the best way to work with MailChimp? Best regards.
Hello ccmax,
Of course, it is compatible with MailChimp. You can read Documentation and perform the following steps.

Hi,
Firstly great template. We are having a fairly major issue with it through in Mailchimp.
If you perform the following steps you will see what I mean
1. Create a new template in Mailchimp (uploading template Mailchimp zip file) 2. Edit the template (code view and design view) – don’t actually change anything 3. Save 4. Edit again 5. In the “Edit Design” view half the elements are now missing. The “Code View” it all looks fine
Please help, as we have used this and our client is less than happy.
Thanks in advance
Cheers
Hello chrisriley,
Of course, We support you. You can use MailChimp Edit Design full option in Create Campaign.
1. After you upload. Click “Create Campaign”.
2. Setting your detail.
3. Choose your template
4. Edit it!
If you don’t understand, you can contact us via contact form on the profile page if you’d like to discuss it for further.

Hi Viser, Sorry i’m not out to be a pain as its an excellent template. Here is the correspondance with Mailchimp regarding the template :
Hey Chris, Thanks so much for reaching out to us here at MailChimp Support, and for your patience while I looked into the issues you’re experiencing with your template. After a bit more testing, I was able to replicate the behavior you described, in which adding or removing content from the “Edit Design” tab in the Template Builder causes some content blocks to disappear, or become un-editable. While I wouldn’t be able to provide you with a timeframe for a resolution, this is something that our developers have been made aware of, and are working to fix. In the meantime, I was able to confirm that all of the editable content blocks can be edited from the Campaign Builder. As a workaround, I would recommend creating a new campaign, using the Test 1 template, and using that platform to make any visual edits. This should get things going in the right direction for you, but if you have any further questions, or if there’s anything more we can do to help out, please don’t hesitate to reach back out, and we’ll be more than happy to assist in whatever way we can. Thank you again for getting in touch, and have a great rest of your week!
Thank you, Akilah
—And today when I chased on chat -—
Micha: I was able to find that ticket, thanks for your patience, Chris. I’m seeing that my colleague Akilah reached back out to you a few hours later after testing things with the help of our devs. According to her report, this behavior where your content becomes unusable when edited via the “edit desgin” tab is a bug. We’ve added your case to the log for this, and our devs are currently working to fix it ASAP
So, its great. But if you edit a few times bits start dissapearing. I will post a fix as soon as I have one
It does suggest it’s not you, but a bug mailchimps end!

Hi, I have found the problem. In the index.html file for mailchimp there are some references to ‘laylout’ that should be ‘layout’. That will fix it. Cheers
Hello chrisriley,
Sorry for late reply. Thank you for report. But it is not bug. Layout is compatible tag. MailChimp compatible it’s work. I tested it. You can edit design in “Create Campaign”.
Please refer to the documentation files or contact us via contact form on the profile page if you’d like to discuss it for further.

Very nice and clean work, good luck
Thank you!
