It’s been more than a month since I submitted my critical ticket. Yes, some issues and tickets are resolved and closed. But I have five cases opened.
What is interesting is I have done everything they wanted me to. Provided them access. And now after 72 hours it is saying they will close the tickets. But THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED to any of my tickets in the last 6 days. I have three responses in a row that do not include any from them over then past week.
The problem? They are blaming virtuemart and joomla having corrupted code. But I have provided them proof that there is problem with their code that may be causing my issues. And they have since not responded. Anyone here can run there code through any check code online company and you will see what I am referring to.
Now I have been trying to help these guys get this fixed. So I can get my site fixed. But now they are completely ignoring me and trying to force my tickets to close after 72 hours.
I will remove this post if they take the time to resolve my issues. As my goal is to simply get this template working. Right now it does now! I paid for this. I have done everything they have request. They cannot blame it on corrupted code by VM or Joomala. I asked them to cite what part of their code do the believe is corrupted. No response. I have done nothing but given them solid evidence. They do not respond to my comments about their own code being the possible culprit. Here are directly links to my tickets:

(this was an easy enough question, rather than give me an answer they paste the same generic answer on all my tickets: From Template Mela: “If our server showing our demo perfectly than why not in your store just because some of you store files are corrupted or not updated properly. if you don’t believe on that issue try by yourself create temporary demo again and try to install our theme to that store you will get better idea of issue.”
Template Mela, please get your act together. MY job is not to bug you, but to find resolutions that came from the result of a template you sold me. Please resolve and respond to all my tickets. I have been more than patient.
Well folks, I do not know where this is going. But at this point I am pretty upset. These guys had access to my site. And they apparently updated the VM files (you recall the ones they say were corrupted). And that did not resolve the problem. Now they are insisting the only way to resolve is a fresh install (with none of my previous data from my customers). Say what?
So after they were done with whatever they did (the removed their actions in joomala. My site is worse that it was before. Missing category menu, missing this templates own search bar, missing featured products. Now since some of these features are from this companies own template, don’t you think they could get it working?
Here is what they told me:
“First of all we are very sorry for our late reply and also sorry for inconveniences.
We have removed all errors that you have listed out and nothing happened.”
ME: Well what sort of answer is this? No more errors and nothing happened???
“Please try to understand fresh installation is the only option now.”
ME: Meaning without my current store data. That makes no sense either.
“We have updated your remaining virtuemart out dated files and all virtuemart modules got removed automatically.”
ME: You can’t remove modules automatically with an install. And all installs should have the files backed up prior to any work. It sounds like they did not do this.
“And they can not be restore now.”
ME: Not sure what this means
“Now if you can restore your store please restore it as you have taken back up for your store.”
ME: Now they want me to restore the store they screwed up.
“Before that just try our theme to the fresh installation.
We really don’t want to waste your time now.
Give us a fresh installation url of store and we will setup your store.
Thank you so much.”
I have pointed out their files have some problems. But they have not looked into those problems. Instead they blame it on corrupted VM files. Well they put up new files and it still did not resolve. I have had other developers look at their code and they agree there are problems.
I would wish for nothing more than these guys to resolve these problems. But instead, they have made my site worse and actually made it stop working. They gave up without putting any effort. And all developers I know back up the site prior to doing any work. These guys did not.

I reinstalled joomala 2.5 as you requested. This was the THIRD hoop I had to jump through. You keep telling me if I do this one more thing, everything will be fine. Well I have note heard from this guy you assigned to me. I have his skype, he responded a few times then after the Joomala 2.5 update I heard nothing. Site remains broken. I continue to loose orders. It has been almost a month since I have issued a critical ticket. Your reputation is on the line. How do you wish to proceed? Resolve the issue today? Or keep having me re install items that are not the real cause of why your template is not working (which BTW I cited many code errors and you never even responded to my comments regarding them. I anxiously await patiently for a resolution TODAY. This has gone on long enough!

I do not understand what he is refering to. We have a live site that is using your template that your team did something to and it stopped working. We want the live site fixed and put in working order. Not sure what this person is referring to.
Also, although we have responded. we get e-mails telling us you are closing the tickets because we have not responded within 72 hours, even though we have? Please get this taken care of. We are loosing sales as a result.
