Hi, I was promised to receive the latest 1.4.6 Megashop updates since the ThemeForest download contains 1.4.1

I still didn’t receive the 1.4.6 theme update and I really need it because there are SO MANY bugs in the theme! Please help

Most important bugs are lazyload fails on-init, mobile menu closing while scrolling, etc. This is very frustrating, i’ve been waiting for MONTHS !!

Also, the SUPPORT desk does NOT work, Captcha keeps giving an error even though it says it’s valid/correct.

Please help me now because i’ve been waiting for MONTHS

I just bought another of theme but when I installed the zip file, only the main install was there and I installed the demo.

Now I don’t have the child theme installed so I had to go back to the file with everything in it, unpack it, and then take out the child theme and then install it separately.

After installing and activating it, the original content is now all broken and only shows code.

How do I reverse this and start from the beginning.

Can you please make sure the child theme is automatically installed with the main install files in future because this is so unnecessary..

Don’t be asking me to send login details for this either, that would be unnecessary too. Just explain here what the steps are to resolve this so that other customers can make sense of it.

I decided to remove the theme completely and start again. Hope it doesn’t break the code again.

There is a conflict with this theme and some seo plugins. Both Rank Math and All in One SEO plugins have problems displaying the homepage social media preview. I tried to fix this but it all points to the theme being the common denominator. I hope you find a way to fix this bug.

I asked you to provide some CSS code to edit the default font size and make it a bit stronger and you ask me for access to the dashboard. I’m intrigued. Genuinely, I’d like to know what it is that you need access for and what it is that you can’t do without access. I’ve never heard of this before. Looking forward to the answer and why access is needed to a default template provided by you to edit CSS.

This is ridiculous, some things are missing from your theme and you ask me to install WordPress.

WordPress was installed just before installing your theme and the problems have nothing to do with WordPress.

A missing widget on a menu requires to fresh install WordPress? Stop laughting at me, get serious.

Last question please, and I will buy it. Does one require to use the page builder a lot? Since the main feature I am going to be using is selling (specially groceries) I imagine that I am going to be almost all the time doing the editing on woocommerce, and I am very familiar with woocommerce and wordpress already.

I think that the pagebuilder features are mostly used for blogs and I am not going to be doing many of those. If I could take a look to the demo with admin access I would easily answer this question to myself, but your answer will have to do!

OK, I asked a simple question that you are refusing to answer. Poor support and buggy theme and buggy demo importer. I told my client to stay away from themes with poor ratings and to move to a better theme.
