ya me canse de escribir y pedirles ayuda si no me van a a ayudar diganme y regresen mi dinero ya perdi clientes dinero y TIEMPO... asi es que o me ayudan o me regresan mi dinero, si quieren les puedo hacer un acceso para que arreglen su tema me pide actualizaciones del tema y de woocomerce de todo que esta muy obsoleto y viejo, y quiero que me pingan links a las imagenes del modulo de our team porfavor necesito ayuda si no regresen mi dinero espero respuesta hoy mismo de inmediato, gracias.

Did you contact us for support? if yes, what channel you contacted? I provided support via help desk only so you can send wrong address.

I have tried contacting G5 Support so many times and rarely get a response or a very delayed response. In the meantime, they have the coding incorrect for Megatron and I cannot get any emails on my website which could be costing me new business. Every time I email them several days pass before / if they respond. Not what I expected and very displeased. Too many bugs with the template, not happy.

Good theme. Not always all documented, but the assistance is very good and solves the problems.

We paid for extended support for this theme.
However, we are blocked from opening tickets with support because it says we need a license key. We verified our license key is registered with them, but it still does not work.
We have tried emailing support, but get no replies.

The theme itself is pretty good, with decent options, but the theme support has been practically useless so far. The theme has a plugin that handles extra design elements (Megatron Framework) but we've never had any updates to that plugin, even though there are updates to the theme. I've used their support site to request help with this, and it's taken them a week... to provide an even older version of the plugin.

If they're not bundling the needed plugin files with the theme, it's especially confusing that they offer you the option to install needed plugin files, and the plugin file provided there, from the theme panel, is the outdated file. So there's no way to update, and we currently have to turn off the plugin to edit the site pages at all.

So, be warned. Support is terrible, and they don't know how to provide updates to their own theme.
