Is this compatible with the multi language plugin

according to my hosting company, your theme or the plugins that are package with the theme is shooting of alot of queries per hour. Every hour my site crashes and ask me to “install wordpress again” even though I’ve been working on the site for a few days already. I have NO other plugin or theme active on the site except for what I downloaded from you guys. So i wouldnt see the need to actually look at my dashboard because other than your theme it is brand new as brand new can be with ONLY your product on it. is there any reason why this is happening?
This is something very unusual, which version of Fronend Builder do you have active?

I spoke to ipage WP support and they said some themes/plugins (like this one) fires off more queries than others to the database.
I was forced to upgrade to 150k query limit a hour with my hosting company (which I never had to do with them b4 with any other site I’ve built with them). Its a quick fix to help me finish building.
Theres no guarantee that this is the end but I was told to ask you guys of any help on why this is happening.
I looked all over your support but is there any way for the blog post “view project” to advance to a blog page instead of the page content shown above that section on the home page.
I love the the 3×2 layout of the images that all run together with no padding, I just wish that when a user clicks the image it will take them to the blog post’s page.
As we stated before, we didnt had such complains before with no user, we would need much time to test what is causing the queries to shot requests.
There is no option to link View Project to a blog post, only to a regular post which is in fact your past project or something similar.
The cog icon that allows the designer to change the color layout, the site (boxed,wide) options and the site’s width… IS VISIBLE
that cog appears on the site when a user/customer comes to the page. A customer shouldnt see that design feature.. only the web designer.
How do I get rid of it?
You have to log into your Wordpress backend panel. Go to Appereance > Memento Options > Advanced Settings > Service Mode and turn it off.

I tested the contact form and there was no emails sent from the site. How do I configure the contact form where it sends emails to customers as well as how do I edit the temporary content in the text field of the contact before someone actually starts typing information?

I figured out whats going on. Theres 2 different contact forms I can choose from. The default one thats already on the site is the one that seems not to work and is difficult to edit the fields.
The 2nd contact is very easy to put in and works just fine. I’m a little curious though to why there are 2 contact forms with one being so easy to manipulate and the other the spawn of satan.
Also is there a way on support when you answer other customers questions if you guys can put the answers there too. I know you guys have direct contact with the customer via email but it would of been nice to read a customer support question who had the same problem as I did and just read what the answer to why something seems to not work. It would make things alot easier for me and a lot of future customers.

Unfortunately its not possible to use SSL certification directly on the theme, only on your hosting.
We are not sure what you refer to Mijireh, because our theme does not cover that feature.

Hi, it seems that the latest WP update broke something… cannot edit the pages via the frontend editor and the internal links are also broken..? Any idea what went wrong here?
The theme is not yet optimized with the latest version of Wordpress, please revert to your backup for the website on an earlier version when it was stable.

We are working on updating as much of our products as possible for every environments, but they started to release more and more new version where they change a lot of stuff, which is not exactly always necessary to have for your web site. Sometimes is good to just wait a little bit and see how the new version of WP is behaving, and then go and update all our products for it.

Presale Question: Can additional pages support their own Revolution Slider? I’d like to brand sub pages differently then the rest of the site. Is this possible? Or do all pages support the same slider or top of page branding as the main one page landing page?
You can always create additional Revolution Slider’s, and set the shortcodes for different pages.

Guys as much as I like the theme you seem to have some serious stuff going on here. Theme cannot be installed via Backend, must be done via FTP. OK so far so good. After installing the demo content, backend is no longer reachable. This sucks big time.

When are you going to update the theme to be compatible with WooCommerce 2.6.X? There is a major shipping update in WooCommerce and not being able to update causes incompatibility problems with other plugins, who already adapted to WooCommerce 2.6.X.
Yes, we have it in pipeline to update Memento with the new version of WooCommerce, we will look into that in the coming week.

thanks for the comment. Would be great if you would update the theme on a regular basis, especially when major updates of wordpress and woocommerce are scheduled.
Also would you please keep in mind updating the theme to be compatible with the new core templates from WooCommerce? Until now it was not possible to update the outdated template files without destroying the layout of the pages.
