We have some issues with certain elements showing as code and not as they are supposed to on the home page of the website. Also, our logo has disappeared. Please check out https://therapyofwellington.com/. You will see it defaults to the Mentor logo and then as you scroll down, there are some elements showing as code and not as elements. Any suggestion on what the issue might be?

Theme failed to iget installed in Wordpress for missing stylesheet.css error

I have a question – I am updating a client’s theme on your Mentor Theme. She had the site built a few years ago but the designer didn’t put a copy of the purchase code. I had my client purchase it and we are now updating it. We are using Version 1.2 and I see you are now on 2.3.3. Can I simply add the purchase code on the site and update the theme or do I need to add the updated theme files into the file manager?

ERROR MESSAGE that is inside MENTOR THEME. DASHBOARD MESSAGE READS: The Font Awesome plugin caught a fatal error. When trying to load Font Awesome, the plugin’s configuration was invalid. Try deactivating, uninstalling, and re-activating the Font Awesome plugin.

Note: WordPress, all my plugins, and the Mentor theme was successfully updated last Wednesday. On Friday that fatal error popped up. There’s no FONT AWESOME amongst my plugin list. I am not a developer, I used a paid service for the current updates. I was told that Mentor Theme tech support should help with this issue. I paid for theme support today. I see you don’t have a ticket system, so am praying that your tech support is customer friendly and solves this issue.

Hello Ocean Theme, I purchase this mentor theme 6 days ago, and honestly it is the worsted mistake I have made, the theme has no functionality at all, the text editor does not respond to styling and a lot of things are just wrong with the theme. I can’t style and design the way I want because the theme keeps limiting… I had like to request a refund because it is just useless to use this theme because it is not giving exactly what I want.

Hello I updated the mentor theme but I can only see the slider and the mentor options are not available anymore. I use Wp bakery and I have the version 2.2.4.1. What can I do to get more updated version. I would need more mobile responsive updates too because the css are slowing down a lot.

When I choose OT Testimonials via Elementor the Testimonials are integrated in the page but on the left side are no settings. Hi, How can I sort by date in the Mentor Theme under the Workshops menu item. The workshops are currently sorted in reverse order, with the furthest away workshop being displayed first.

Dear All, I bought the Mentor Themes for Word Press. I downloaded the ZIP File and tried to install the Themes, but it failed. The Errormessage is “The Theme missed the Stylesheet style.css.” Can you support me please. I have no idea, why is the style.css is missed and not inculde in the downloaded ZIP file.

I bought the Mentor theme in 2017. Now the website I build it with does not work anymore, all that is shown is a moving circle. I think it could be caused by the WPBakery Visual Composer – there is a new update shown, but I can´t update it, because I bought it with your theme Mentor. How can I update the builder and make the website work again?​ And NO I don´t want to submit a ticket and pay for the answer to my simple question when my website is broken because of no updates from your theme. Do I have to buy the updates to make it work again?
