Missing style sheet error when installing the theme

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a "Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

How to update theme:

  1. Download again theme with latest version and unzip package theme to a folder “Mentor” : https://themeforest.net/downloads
  2. Save old theme on your hosting and place on your computer (use for backup if new theme is have issues)
  3. If you have customize old theme and you need save it on your computer
  4. Delete old theme and Upload new theme to your hosting with path : wp-content/themes/

How to update plugins :

  1. Delete old plugins : revolution slider and visual composer
  2. To Appearance -> Install Plugins -> re-install and active : revolution slider and visual composer
