I posted a review as Redux breaks the site, I see that lots of people have the same problem. I have the theme for a couple of years and the only option now seems to buy another theme and built a whole new site.
The Author of the theme always sends generic don't worry reply's with 'submit a ticket' which they should be fully aware off that it is not possible when the license is bought years ago and support 'expired'. I am NOT paying for support/buying the license all over again for something that breaks on your side and should be fixed ASAP with a hotfix. The website partially useless for more than a month now with no solution whatsoever!!

If you use WP Bakery you can only manually update or need to rebuild or switch to WP Elementor.
The theme suddenly switched from WP Bakery to Elementor. I understand the choice for a different builder. I don't understand why you let the theme break on automated update if you use WP Bakery. Making a normal update workflow out of the question for people who already build a complete site with WP Bakery.

I see a lot of comments from people asking to change the font and I always see the answer "please send a suport ticker". How on Earth is this a premium theme when you cannot change the font on my own from theme options?!

There is only one 8 minute silent tutorial on how to install and maneuver through this theme. My web designer has even had a hard time figuring out this theme

Overall this is a really great theme, I love it! The reason I gave it four stars is because I rarely give more than four. Customer service is great, they always respond timely. I only wish they would've used MailChimp instead of this other newsletter plugin, I don't really like it much. Overall this is a really good theme and awesome customer support team.
