I am attempting to assist a friend with this theme and am having difficulty, specifically around the galleries. Whenever, I create a gallery and attempt to view it this results in a 404 error.
In addition, when clicking the ‘update’ button on the gallery edit page within the WP admin area – the images are displayed as broken links. It appears as though the actual reference to the file may be being lost?
This theme was purchased quite a few years ago now and they have had the site in use for a while – but have struggled with the galleries and I am trying to help them.

If No, Please downgrade to use recommended version, until official announcement.
Download recommended version from here: https://wordpress.org/download/release-archive/
Note: Currently compatibility hasn’t been officially assured and advertised with latest version of WordPress so until its not recommended.

Bug: adding partners on footer settings (i added masonery view) on homape. When broswer is resized (used mozilla), the entire browser freezes to debug dialogue.

Could you please check your site, by deactivating all third party plugins and make sure you have recommended version of WordPress on your site, If still issue remains you are free to write us.
After having bough the theme and putting quite a bit of work into setting up the site, I found out that search only covers posts, not pages (and not events either). Chimp Support just confirmed that. I am rather surprised: A paid theme that reduces core Wordpress functionality? With other themes, e.g. Twentyfifteen, searching pages, not only posts, works. I tried search plugins – none search pages with this theme. Chimp support: How can that be? Is there a way to solve this?

Well, thanks. I am a developer. I still cannot believe that you removed searching pages without any reason. Especially since the solution is so easy. For me, it meant hours of trying and searching, for you, Chimpstudio, it would have simply meant not forgetting the obvious. The solution is rather easy, if you know where to look:
in functions-theme.php, line 5, just add ”, ‘page’” after ‘cs_cause’ so you have: $query->set( ‘post_type’, array(‘post’, ‘events’, ‘cs_cause’, ‘page’) );

I cannot add images to the galleries.
When I select images from the media library, they appear just fine. As soon as I “Update” the page, the images I selected disappear. So I have no images in my galleries!

I have sent the credentials almost a week ago. Obviously after multiple attempts going to the author isn’t going to work. I will need to petition for a refund since something so simple can’t happen.
