You can also use https://wordpress.org/plugins/optin-forms/ (that’s our plugin) if you want to use MailChimp/GetResponse/AWeber/...
And make sure to update to the latest version of the theme. You can do that by activating the updates in WP admin > Appearance > Theme Welcome. After that head over to WP Admin > Appearance > Themes and you’ll see an update notification, click the “Update” link.
Hi there. I am losing my mind for 2 days over here. The slider option does not show up anywhere for me to set up. I have spent hours with the tutorial (I am a blogger and familiar with how to do this stuff) and the nothing slider-related shows up anywhere. Can you help?

Sorry to hear that.
Make sure you have the latest version of the theme. Go to WP admin > Appearance > Theme Welcome. In there you can activate theme updates (you need the purchase code from Themeforest). After you activate the updates go to WP admin > Appearance > Themes and if you see an update notification, click the update button.
Version 1.4.8.1 is currently the latest one.

Just answered on the request you sent to our email. But here’s the answer here as well.
Try running the update.
Go to WP admin > Appearance > Theme Welcome. You’ll see “Theme Updates” section, add the purchase code (from Themeforest) to activate updates.
Then head over to WP Admin > Appearance > Themes and you’ll see a notification about an update, just click on the update link.

My previous dev developed my swimming website with this theme. However, I realised there are no way to change the category slug /class-view and /trainers-view.

We added the option to change those in version 1.2.7
Version 1.2.7 ( January 29th, 2018 ) NEW – Option to change the URL slugs ( http://example.com/class-view/class-name ) for classes and trainers. Options are located in WP admin > Appearance > Customize > Other. Make sure to visit WP admin > Settings > Permalinks after changing the slugs so WordPress can refresh the info, otherwise the URLs will take to a 404 not found page.

All the text strings are localized, so you can use any WordPress theme translation method you want. I’d suggest Loco Translate
As for a pricing table, the theme does not have a pricing table at the moment but there’s a lot of free plugins that can be used for that, for example Responsive Pricing Table

How do we reconnect MailPoet? MP2 is being phased out so I downloaded MP3 but it doesn’t seem to be connected and I cannot find the custom Newsletter.

MP2 should still be functioning just fine, I tried it a couple days ago. MP3 currently has 20K active installation and MP2 has 300K active installations. And the ratings aren’t all that great on MP3 compared to MP2.
We will make it compatible with MP3 but I’d suggest to keep using MP2

Pre-Sale Question: Will this theme support the addition of a PayPal plugin or something of that nature? I love this theme but I’m looking for something that will allow customers to purchase class slots and/or services.
Unfortunately, that won’t be possible right out of the box. It will probably require a bit of customization.

Thanks! So…by “a bit of customization” do you mean that you could add that for me for an extra fee? or No, I’d have to locate someone to make that change for me? And by “bit” do you mean “very little, I can learn myself” or no?

You would need to hire someone from Codeable or Envato Studio to make the changes. If you have knowledge about coding and WordPress, then you should be able to do it, otherwise no.

I’ve had good experience with Visual Composer, but haven’t tried any others. Would be great to have integration with any of them. That’s the only thing holding me back from purchasing right now

I made a ticket in support at Envato, but I don’t see any way to check if you are able to see those, so I thought I would post here. In the latest version of the theme I see you incorporated a nice update that removes the forced page refresh on resizing. However, it seems to have introduced an bug with the classes front page section. I am not seeing it on the demo site, I think because the class descriptions are so short. Essentially what happens is when you resize from large to small or small to large it introduces some major layout problems on the classes section until the page is reloaded. It’s because the homepage has a bit of a different header than the rest of the pages. Because of the slider on the homepage it’s handled a bit differently for usability.
But you use the slider in a way that it serves as a BG image to the header and not an actual slider, so in that case it makes more sense to keep it like that on mobile as well.
Simply drop this in WP admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
