Hi there. I’m very new to this programme. I’m having trouble replacing the images of the template with my own image files. I have already made a google drive folder for my imagery and I’m copying and pasting the links but my images do not show up in the template.

Google drive images can have a privacy block causing the images to render blank in other domains.
We recommend to use a service like imgur.com to upload and link your direct URL images. Also make sure the image URL ends with the extension of the image such as .JPG, .PNG, etc. Example: https://i.imgur.com/CHup4DJ.jpg
How to acquire direct image URL in imgur.com: - Once you have uploaded to imgur.com, right click on the image, then “copy image address” and paste it in the editor where it says “Image URL”.

Basit do you offer a virtual demo/ tutorial explaining all the features of edit tools. I could really benefit from someone explaining what all the buttons do and how to use them. For example, I can’t see how the template colours change at all when i press the options. And some of the image icons i want t erase and it will not let me. I could really use a tutorial please

Ok, I inserted YT link but video doesn’t play in MacOS & Android email clients. You also mention that you can keep video on your server within 5 days. Can I keep it on my own hosting?

- May I ask which email service provider (ESP) are you using to send the template? Some ESPs strip the code of any unusual HTML elements such as the <video> element that is used in this set for the video.
We recommend you to use a mailing software such as 1st Mass Mailer or any of the following ESPs to send your campaign: https://i.imgur.com/qUQmjYn.png
- Yes, the server will delete the video file after 5 days of creation. Yes, you may host it on your server.
You can use a converter such as this one (https://ytmp3.cc/en13/) to convert the YouTube video to MP4 and upload it to your server, then copy the direct link of the video and paste it in the editor here: https://i.imgur.com/HbYjhB9.png

I saved my designed and downloaded it in HTML version Optimized for MailChimp. When I uploaded the code on MailChimp the design was COMPLETELY ruined.
