I have the same issue as others…the theme support plugin conflicts with the elementor plugin and I am unable to edit or make any changes now. It is very urgent as it is for one of my clients and the site has to go live tomorrow.

Hi. i have issues with your theme. the theme support plugin conflicts with elementor. When I deactivate it or go on safe mode, elementor loads fully. and i realised some content is missen.

hi, I would like to know how much fully-packaged is your theme on the download page as of today? Some of the comments that I saw in the beginning of this comments sections – theme not installing, data not loading, responsive issues, page breaks, unable to update item / page, getting critical error on home page – etc. these all i have recently faced on a theme I purchased around 2 weeks ago. There was indeed a huge dependency on their support team because their original theme package (zip file) was incomplete – not sure if it was intentional or by oversight. But all the features that were promised on the Sale Page were either missing or not working and every time I had to email their support. which resulted in a loads of waste of time. at the same time, they didnt provide telephonic support which made the situations worst. So I want to double check at this purchase whether is Ur Theme Package on Ur Download Page, complete As of Today? Do you have any minimum system requirements that You have missed on your sale Page? if yes, then what are those|?? I want to have a smooth Theme installation and be able to activate all the features by my own team without any dependencies. So is this currently possible with Your Theme? is Your theme sufficiently tested included the Zip Package that you provide on the Download Page? If U have precise and honest answers to my above questions, I am here to buy the theme upfront. Please share as much details transparently as possible. I have already wasted 2 weeks of my Client. And further Cant afford a Similar cycle this time and dont want to get into yet another refund cycle

My theme is not installing properly

Hello. I purchased the theme but I am having some issues mostly regarding passing the achecker.ca

First of all although I have added in the images alt text, it is not showing it at all. Secondly, I have an issue of the contrast difference between the pink color off the theme and the light blue color of the theme when they are combined with white text. But I do not know how to change either the text or the colors.

Thirdly I saw that there are some updates of the theme but I realized that I have to install them manually. But I noticed that if i do this every change I have done will be cleared. Can you help me also with this procedure?
